A reservation at a nearby sister property was cancelled due to a water leak and my re-booking here was pleasant, quiet, well handled. clean, and a good value. It is in a nowhere town near nowhere but a pleasant unscheduled stop.
Rented 2 rooms for 3 nights at Wildlife Inn for the convenience of staying close to the wedding venue (Wildlife Park) and to the family living in Winston. Clean and spacious rooms. Employees courteous and professional. King Bed in room 201 very comfortable; king bed in room 202 very uncomfortable because the “foam” mattress sinks. The towels were awesome; perfectly white and very thick! The sink and bathtub water drained very slowly which we reported to the front desk at time of departure. Brand new nice white shower curtain. Outdated decoration throughout the room and bathroom. Continental breakfast very limited they need to add some sweet items like even donuts or sweet muffins. I would stay here again because it was extremely clean and the convenience of being close to family. …
Their biline is “the best places to stay in Oregon”. I enjoyed the Lodge in Grants Pass so wanted to visit this sister Inn in Winston. Tony from the front desk was so helpful. Rooms are well furnished and clean with excellent toiletries. It’s located near the 600 acre Wildlife Safari if you’re looking for something to do.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Check in was simple and fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we went to our room I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was very happy. Our room was very very clean, big and had very nice comfortable furniture in it. The wifi worked very well. There wasn't any road noise, it was very quiet. We had a king suite, there was a small refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave, In the morning they had a small continental breakfast. Bread, english muffins, bagels a toaster, butter, jelly and peanut butter. Oatmeal, crasins, rasins and brown sugar. Yougurt, orange juice and apple juice. They have coffee, hot chocolate hot water and bags of tea. Again the staff at breakfast were very pleasant. You are 5 minutes from Wildlife Safari. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again.…
The hotel is small with very few amenities. The rooms are dated and there isn't a pool. Did not like that the room windows do not have curtains our blackout shades to block the bright light coming from outside the room. The blinds when closed just don't block much light. However, it is clean and well cared for. The "Breakfast" isn't much and nothing hit. Just has some bagels, Cereal, and muffins. The one thing it has going for it is it's VERY close proximity the the Wildlife park which is good. If your going to the park stay here. If your not then you would probably be better off in a bigger town with nicer hotels.
