This used to be a very dog unfriendly RV park but is now anything but. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any request quickly. Well kept. Very pricey in the summer months but for the location it's appropriate. You wont do better in the Portland area

Pheasant ridge is probably the nicest RV park I’ve ever stayed in. The lawns and flowers where beautiful. The spots were level and all the facilities were very clean. We would definitely staff here again if ever in the area

Very clean, easy and friendly check in. Sites are on the small side but very clean and well maintained. No picnic tables or fire pits. Walking distance to a Costco, Target, Burger King and a liquor store. Our go to RV resort when we are in the Portland area. Would be 5 stars if they had picnic tables and fire pits.

Beautiful full of trees and natural life. I dong know what’s better there’s birds in the morning or the sunset. Pictures don’t do justice. Have stayed at numerous parks, Pheasant Ridge is by far the best. All staff have been very friendly since arrival and always do their best to assist with anything that is needed. Close to Portland, you have everything you need within walking distance. Definitely would recommend. Worth the extra cost.

Wouldn’t recommend. Terrible customer service, narrow pads, dirty pads with cigarette butts (we’re non smokers), broken equipment when we arrived, narrow roads between spaces, stepped out into a muddy mess, & during our time there they three different incidents of theft and attempted unlawful entry into RV’s. The amount of sap that dropped onto our truck and trailer is unreal and the pine ones and pine needles in our slides. Having a pool does not make for a resort. The facilities are ish clean, during our time there. We have stayed in state parks that are cleaner & better maintained. They also have another large rate increase for 2020. I would recommend any other park in the Portland area. The photo was taken after days of no rain which is more rare in the PNW.
