We stayed at this excellent bed and breakfast in mid August whilst touring the Oregon coast. We received a very friendly welcome fron Sharon who makes staying here a very pleasant experience. The breakfasts are fantastic with lots of home made fare and enough to keep you going for the rest of the day and the communal table means good...

We LOVED our 3-day stay at the Cliff House. So much attention paid to every detai. Breakfasts were a feast - so fresh and all home-made. Most accommodating and nicest hosts ever. Will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Feels like home. Great location with an easy walk to the beach. And this is a beach you could walk for miles! I was visiting a friend 3 miles down the beach - and if I wanted to could have walked the whole way on the sand. They graciously made me coffee, scones and muffins for an early departure and...

A nice place with great views of the river and ocean. It is windy for much of the year, so check out average wind speeds of the area before your trip. Sitting outside is not that great in constant wind, but it is also not windy all the time, so check it out before you go. There are any number...

This is a truly special place...the cozy room with amazing views, delicious breakfast (orange ginger scones were to die for!), and Sharon and Cliff are lovely innkeepers! Wonderful personal touch--multiple bouquets of fresh flowers in the room...chocolate in the candy dish...accommodating special requests. I highly recommend!

If you are traveling to Waldport, Oregon you MUST stay here. Let me re-phrase: if you are anywhere near Waldport you MUST stay here. The people who run it are incredibly friendly, the view of the coast is absolutely superb, and the breakfast they cooked for us (including a soufflé) was really fantastic. (I did ask if Julia Child was...

Cliff House Bed and Breakfast was constructed in 1935 on a small cliff overlooking the ocean and the Alsea river estuary, with its iconic concrete arch bridge constructed over the bay on the U.S. 101. What a view! There's the soothing sound of a tidal bore, the ocean, the bald eagle on top of a tree close by, with seals...

Oh sure, you can easily find an flashy hotel at the seaside - - with the personality of jellyfish. Frankly I prefer a B&B in an large older house perched on a cliff with a forever view, cozy rooms, gracious hospitality, and delicious breakfasts. The beach is just below the hot tub and gazebo and very suitable for long walks...

Beautiful rooms with picture windows and the beach right below. Sharon was a gracious host. Glen and Sharon's breakfast is the best we have had at a B & B! We will definitely go back. We loved our room.
