Hotel was under construction and the room smelled like smoke. Room was next to elevator and was very noisy every time the elevator was in use. Construction workers started to work very early above my room and outside my window.

My husband and I stayed at the Tigard Shilo Inn in October, our room wasn't too bad and most of the staff were very friendly, but as I was walking past one of the housekeepers I could smell alcohol very strongly on her. I couldn't help but noticed how she walked when she went past me, she was stumbling a...

We've stayed at the Tigard Shilo in the past and have always had excellent service from the manager and other personnel. They really go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The hotel itself is outdated, and could use a good renovation, but for the price and quick stay, it was worth it.

For testing that I had done at the PVAMC, the VA put us up at the Shilo Inn, in Washington Square in Tigard. Our "Trip" started out , with me calling the hotel asking about bringing our...

Yes, its outdated and showing much wear. But they have normal size towels and a mini continental breakfast. Just try getting that at Motel 6! Check-in was prompt and efficient. Failed to give me the wireless info though, I never bothered to go back and get it. The King bet was quite comfortable, not hard like so many hotel beds....

Me and my girlfriend are two of the most quiet, respectable people that I know. We came down to Portland because I had a follow up appointment at the Portland Veterans Affairs Hospital for my post brain surgery. Upon arrival at the hotel Shilo Inn in Tigard started what has now blossomed into a quite sour opinion of a supposedly...

"completely smoke free"? workers prop open doors and...

The room we got was super tiny and smelled like stale cigarettes. The room was old, I doubt it's been updated in 15+ years. They had organic soap in the bathroom though! I turned on the A/C and my allergies blew up so badly that I had to go out to the car. I had my wife get a refund....
