Cons- we backed in and the ocean was right there but because the spots were so close we couldn't see anything out our windows. The spots are sandy and muddy. When we were checking out the attendant on that morning was using vulgar language to describe his wife and other personal comments. Not cool. The RV parking is run down...

We stayed here with our travel trailer last year and again in September. This park is divided by Highway 101 with one side (west) overlooking the water and the other (east) side on a hill with a great view of the hills and in some areas you can see the water. No Wifi. Pretty good At&T phone reception. We made...

Like the other reviews have said there is so much potential for this park. The lower and middle levels are very crowded. We were on the middle layer and it was tight but we made do. We got FHU, our satellite worked good, had great view. The pool and hot tub, which are located across the road in upper level,...

There is such potential but the owners just don't care. There are three levels to the park. We were on the middle level. There was no room between sites and we couldn't even put our awning out. The 30 amp electrical service went out if we used even 19 amps. When the temperature hit 90 the whole level's electricity went...

This is NOT a resort ! The "Cabin" was a camping trailer. View from the deck was the site dumpster. Pool and hot tub were both out of service. No TV or WiFi except in the rec room. The rec room reeked of mildew and cigarette smoke. The dock is sunk into the water. The pictures they post are not...

My friend and I loved the small camper cabins that they had. They were spacious and close to a lot of cute and fun places. It was helpful to have a large and fully stocked kitchen. You could comfortably fit about 4 people in this location.

Beautiful views of the bay. The resort itself is hardly a resort but that shouldn't stop you from staying there. It's quiet, in an amazingly beautiful spot, and close to the beaches and a small town with coffee shops and restaurants. We stayed in a delux cabin -- their cabins are actually trailers -- with a big patio porch. It...

The bathrooms were reasonably clean but the campsites across the road needed a bit of attention. the picnic tables were decrepit and the fire ring was full of garbage when we arrived. The park didn't feel cared for.

It was pleasant. I wish the shrubbery was more grown between the tent sites. Most of them were under trees and not in the open for sunshine. Overall we had a good time. Too bad price doubled because of holiday. Accommodation were no different.

I wouldn't call this RV park a resort. It is a multi tiered camp ground. No site reservations just find a spot and pull in. We were with family, Class C and large trailer. In order to be together we had to find suitable side by side sites. The sites were gravel and uneven. Hook ups in the furthest inside...
