After a long drive all day what a pleasure to stop at this nice place and not have to drive into the congestion of Bend. Tina the front desk clerk was amazing with her knowledge of the area. Clean, comfortable well equipped rooms and a super friendly staff.....This is a great port in the storm!

Well we hope you and your friends will come and visit us again. It is nice to have the pool open 24 hrs. We just remodeled the outside last summer. We are quite pleased with how it turned out.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Tina is absolutely amazing! She is very kind, helpful and has a great spunky personality! My boyfriend and I mentioned we were hunting in the morning around 4am so we would miss breakfast and she offered to have some to go items ready for us at the desk! Now that's...

Spent September 29 & 30th at Best Western whilst exploring the area. Typical older Best Western, good room, not bad breakfast, lots of parking, fast internet, usual issues with noise transference from other units in the building. Excellent location, on main street but quiet, close to restaurants etc. Typical good value for money, would stay there again.

The rooms was nice, clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. Northwest décor made it interesting. Indoor pool and decent breakfast. Right on Main St, so easy to find. Micro/fridge in room and a grocery store is next door.

We do have a great location. The hotel staff are great to work with. The decor is always the talk with the guests. They just love all the little different things our owners find.

This place needs updating and a maid supervisory to check behind the maids. I"m not that sure the sheets were changed??? Around the base of the toilet was awful. The walls and floors are paper thin, and the all phases of the plumbing was noisy so that you knew what all the other guests were doing.

I am sorry that your stay with us was not enjoyable. This hotel is 20 plus years old, so yu do hear some of the plumbing noises. We do have a housekeeping supervisor that checks the rooms after the housekeepers are done. I can assure you that we change the sheets after every check out.

The Prineville Inn is situated not far from the town centre. Couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. Ask for a quiet room away from the road. We had a room in the annexe which was fine for traffic noise but we were woken very early by vehicles leaving the property-think it may be hunting season. Obviously the staff can't...

Your right no elevator. We do have some nice restaurants within walking distance from us. We also have some good ones in town which is not very far from the hotel. The noise of vehicles leaving is something we cannot do anything about,, which is quite true.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this best Western in a small town in the middle of Oregon. Really enjoyed this Best Western, the décor was beautiful, rooms comfortable, and pool and hot tub very enjoyable and the breakfast selection was above average

What a nice review, Thank you. Our owner take pride in the decor that she picks out. She has great taste. Our pool and hot tub seem to be a big hit. Our breakfast has a lot of variety, not your typical continental breakfast.

We were surprised to see the outstanding flowers and art work both inside and outside the hotel. The room was spacious and included a hot tub and the king sized bed was huge and comfortable. The service was excellent, including the free breakfast. What a great hotel in the small town of Prineville.

I have a housekeeper that spends many hours with the flowers during the summer. She has a green thumb I am envious of. She does an amazing job. The bronze statues inside and out are great conversational pieces.

Standard issue depressing small town motel. Might be the best in town, but I would keep driving to Redmond or Bend. Sometimes the staff can make up for this by injecting a brightness to an otherwise gloomy place. My experience was the opposite though, when I arrived to learn that the package I had sent beforehand had been simply placed...

I am very sorry for the way we handled your package. We do keep them in the office until the day the guest arrives. As for picking it back up we always keep it at the desk until either UPS or Fed Ex comes. They are both here at lest every day. Prineville is a small town, but I would...
