This is by no means fancy downtown Resort Hotel, so if you're looking for that go elsewhere.. it's not the fanciest place and does have some wear and tear. The indoor pool was more like a chlorine sauna and we were disappointed that there was no hot tub....so don't go just for the pool. HOWEVER!!!, Stayed here for one night...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights to explore Portland and nearby cities. My husband was disappointed to find out there was no workout room like we thought there was supposed to be. Wi-fi worked nicely. Room on the upper floor seemed quieter than I expected being next to a busy road. Breakfast was also basic, I had...

Booked the king suite for a long weekend. Expected a living room and bedroom. Tiny bathroom in a standard size room. They made us pay in full at check-in and tried to charge for parking even though it is advertised as free. No cots available. Unrenovated for at least thirty years. Overpriced crap.

Management of this property is trying. First impression is "you've got to be kidding me". Minimal motel type registration area leads through alley to parking lot surrounded by rooms on two floors. Exterior gives appearance of rundown building with recent coat of paint. BUT, my room was fine. Of the things I care about, room was odor-free, and everything worked....

Our room was very disappointing. (The accommodations were arranged by my husband’s employer so we didn't have any options to make changes.) To say the room needed an over haul is an understatement. The carpet was dirty and had pulls. The caulk in the bathroom had mold, as well as the tub faucet handle. The room was dark even with...

Night staff was wonderful. Parking was $5.00, and it was great. Room was mostly clean, there was mold in the caulking on the backsplash by the sink. Our room was almost street level and there was a lot of disturbing street noise until about midnight. Breakfast room was clean! The eggs were cooked perfectly. There was eggs, sausage, waffles, and...

A row of small square bed pillows that reminded me of sofa pillows, the bed was hard and lumpy. My neck was sore the next day and puffy eyes from not sleeping well. This was a mothers day/birthday trip for my 83 year old mother and me,and i feel i payed a lot more for this room than it was worth.

As native Portlanders, we are aware that this we have never stayed in this area of town, however area. And this hotel is fitting. We attempted to check in at 12:30pm to get a room, as we were splitting up to do our Drs. appointments. No clean rooms, could not check us in. The staff stated that they would give...

We stayed at the Quality Inn for 2 nights while visiting friends and attending a game at the Moda Center. It appears the hotel has recently had renovations and the rooms are in good shape. I found the bed to be very comfortable. I also thought the staff was friendly and pleasant. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to...
