The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice beds and bedding. Enjoyed the menu variety for the continental breakfast. Most amenities were nice, with exception to bad cable TV reception. Walking distance to main downtown shopping and business center. The fresh atmosphere of friendly employees blended with relaxing surroundings made it a pleasant experience.

This was the first time I have stayed in downtown Portland. This hotel was budget priced with breakfast included. If you are looking for place to sleep close to mass transit and you don't care what it looks like, this may be for you. The hotel complex is large and rooms are in desperate need for updating. Super hard beds...

Hotel location is close enough to the city without the noise. there are several public transportation stops nearby to get you where you want to go. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

We were in the comfort king room, it was roomy and very clean and updated. The desk was friendly and greeted us with warm chocolate chip cookies. We also had the free breakfast, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon. Also pastries, yogurt, cereal, juice, very nice array of breakfast items. I'm very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay again.

Quiet yet not too far from town. Reasonably priced compared to the rest in town. There is also an avid/Budget station that is very convenient. A good short stay. Right next to the street car is a plus too.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Things look a little dated but but the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Excellent location! No complaints really except that the hotel could do with some upgrading.

The visitor's bureau suggested this hotel, so we went with it. It's dated and worn, but based on the location to mass transit - it worked perfectly for us. It's a hop, skip and a jump to the cable cars, across the street from the train and buses. The staff is nice (seem to be students), television limited but the...

This is the kind of hotel you'd stay in with your kid's little league team. Dated with cold, unattractive hallways with a comfortable and clean room with a few nicks and scratches in the walls and minor unglued wallpaper seems. In winter, run the shower for 30 minutes to get hot water (they told me the next day). You can hear...
