After reading the Trip Advisor reviews for the Everett Street Guesthouse, we knew we had to stay there and we weren't disappointed! Terry, our host, is very proud of her house and rightly so. The house is stunning and so well kept, and such a relaxing place to stay. We booked both the Wellfleet and Sophie's Room, and they were...

I found this place through an article online that listed a few budget places to stay in Portland. It was a great find. The house is lovely and the owner, Terry, is very considerate and professional. I stayed in a room upstairs with a shared bath. The room was so comfortable and quiet. I loved it. There are lots of...

The best thing about the cottage is the silence. We never heard sounds from anyone the entire time we were there, neither neighbors nor other guests. The cottage is small but large enough for two adults to have a fairly comfortable stay. The location is convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops. We walked to many places from the cottage....

Great place to stay in Portland. Lovely house in a beautiful neighbourhood, only a short & easily accessible bus trip from Downtown & The Pearl. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a great place to relax. Would stay here again next time I'm in Portland.

We recently stayed in one of the upstairs bedrooms at the Everett Street Guesthouse and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, service and location. The house was very eclectic in decoration, quiet and clean. We appreciated the selection of soaps, lotions, toiletries, etc. It was like we were at home, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel. Terri is and excellent...

I usually don't stay at B&B's but I'm glad I made an exception this time. The home is lovely, with pieces of folk art in each room that are very pleasing to the eye. There are two bedrooms in the main house and a single cottage in the back. There is a lovely outdoor back garden which feels similar to...

I spent 3 nights here over last weekend and have been recommending to all my friends since I got home. It's great! Terry was very helpful and accommodating from the time I made the reservation til the time I checked out. The home is really beautiful and she is very welcoming. My room (Sophie's room) was huge - had a...

I felt taken care of and free to adventure around the town with a cozy place to come back to with an amazing and healthy breakfast. I would recommend this B&B to anyone staying...

We stayed at Everett Street for several nights while house hunting in Portland. Our stay became one aspect of our move which was absolutely stress-free. Guests' stays in Terry's beautiful, classic Portland home, have been planned to the smallest detail. After a quick tour of the "ins and outs", Everett Street is as comfortable as a guest's own home because...

Our first trip to Portland included our first stay at a B&B. We liked many things about the Portland area but we LOVED our stay at Everett Street Guesthouse. The location was convenient and quiet, the cottage was welcoming and comfortable, and the proprietress - Terry - was attentive yet not intrusive. It was such a pleasure to have such...
