Located on Historic King's Hill, within the enchanting Goose Hollow neighborhood. Goose Hollow is one of Portland's original settlements. It shares the best attributes of both a city's downtown district and an established residential area, with its gorgeous homes of yesteryear, many of which are registered with the National Historic Register. On our western border, a short walk up leafy, tree-lined streets will lead you to Portland's renowned Washington Park, with its world famous International Rose Test Garden and Japanese Garden. Informal elegance within the heart of a remarkable city.

I stayed at the Inn side (motel side). Pros: 1. Good value for money. I do not understand the other posts here which talk about it being small - well it's a motel-like accommodation, I would not expect a suite at that price for Portland....More

The room was clean and the location was near restaurants and bars. The area is a safe good neighborhood. Nothing fancy but the staff was nice and they were helpful. As Hotels go in the area the appeal here is price.

First trip to Portland and obviously first time staying here.In overall it's OK but only concern was the size of the rooms. It seemed that it is a little bit small for 2 people with 2 big luggage and 2 carry-on.
