From the outside this place looks like a prison. Looks aren't everything though. The rooms are not fancy, but clean. The staff is very helpful and so nice. They go out of there way to help you and are sincere. The maids never interrupt and look at those door hangers. If you just need a place to stay with friendly...

I stayed at this hotel in early July as it was the cheapest option on a number of booking sites. Given the price, the hotel is adequate. The check-in process was friendly and quick. The rooms were clean, if not completely modern. The bathroom fixtures, in particular, were from another decade, or century. Everything was clean and working, though. The...

The rooms were clean, furniture and decor was up to date, the staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was very quick. They even gave me an extended parking permit after check-out. This is a great place. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had an event that was going to run late so I decided to stay overnight in Portland instead of going home. I found this nice little hotel on E Burnside in Portland. It is not big or fancy but has everything I needed. Pros Location-- just minutes from Downtown Price Clean Rooms- ++ to house keeping. Everything was bright...

It is imposible to sleep because of the night club close to the hotel and the person at the reception says it is not their problem guarantee the rest of their guests. Amaizing. Yo be in the third flor is exactly the same that to be in the night club.

Very nice price compared with the rest of downtown or near downtown Portland. I stayed for five nights while attending the annual 4-day Waterfront Bluesfest. Clean, quiet, comfy. Small but adequate bathrooms with shower stall. Room amenities include a decent cable TV selection, strong free WiFi, refrigerator & microwave. No coffeemaker - however, there is coffee in the lobby. Within...

Stayed on a Thursday. Front desk staff I dealt with were very friendly, pleasant, and efficient. Check in / out went very smoothly. Had a room on the second floor, along the side street. Was able to open the two sliding windows to clear the musty smell; left them open all night. Too bad the people leaving the nearby bar...

Look folks this is not a great hotel by an stretch of the imagination, in fact it has more in common and resembles an incarceration facility. It's certainly no beauty in outward appearance and does not get a lot better on inspection. But to be fair I might be marking it down a little far, as we stayed in one...

stayed over the weekend, room on 2nd floor. quiet. clean. one elevator was at one end, otherwise several stairwells were easily accessible. Older motel but everything worked. I loved the water pressure in the shower and sink. rooms had microwave, fridge. A/C worked better after first day. room stayed nice and cool while it was in the upper 90's outside....

Need an East side location at a good price? This place fits the bill. Easy walk to coffee and donuts and other breakfast options. The room was clean and recently renovated. The road noise wasn't bad. The folks in the adjoining room were noisy briefly, but otherwise the room was peaceful for a good night's sleep. We walked all over...
