Stayed here for just one night. Best part of the stay was the breakfast. Lots of choices and we'll stocked. Not a fan of $15 parking charge. For a long term stay property it's unnecessary. Rooms are a bit dated but were clean. Big issue is the sound if you have people above you walking around it is pretty noisy....

We were located in room 1234, which is a two bedroom. Downstairs is the living room with fireplace and little kitchen. Into two double doors, is a bedroom and bathroom. Up the stairs is a loft, open to downstairs that's a bedroom and bathroom. The rooms were nicely appointed and had high ceilings, which gave it a bigger feel than...

Our location certainly is excellent with so much to do in Portland within walking distance or a short walk to the MAX station. Residence Inn by Marriott never disappoints. Excellent room and amenities, great variety breakfast. TV satellite and program selection is above average. You can light a fireplace log for $8.50 😍Staff is excellent and friendly. A short walk to Lloyd Center...a shopper's delight. Got ice skating too. Great food court.

We have stayed here more than a dozen times over the past ten years. It is a very convenient location on the divide between a residential area and the commercial Lloyd District. We have enjoyed our stay on each occasion. Having said that, I would add that there are some changes that have reduced my opinion of the site. In...

This is a property that has a placard at the front desk stating "Owned by Company A, operated by Company B, under license from Marriott." It is a property that can't do anything right. One hour wait to check in. (Room not ready, despite our being there after check-in time.) Lukewarm shower water. And because I was arriving later than...

Thank you for staying at the Residence Inn Portland Lloyd Center. I am sorry to hear that your stay resulted in a billing issue. With credit card fraud being an issue everywhere these days we are very vigilant in following Credit Card policies which require a credit card & photo ID at check in. Unfortunately we do not accept verbal...

We had to travel 180 miles to Portland for a medical procedure. We had many options for an extended stay and we chose RESIDENCE INN PORTLAND/DOWNTOWN /LLOYD CENTER because it was less than 3 miles from the PROVIDENCE PORTLAND MEDICAL CENTER. The rooms are like small apartments but it met all of our needs. Clean and neat. Nothing fancy but...

I've stayed at this place two times. The first was several years ago, for a meeting where I stayed a week. This time was over the Christmas holiday. We originally signed up for a studio at $154 per night, but got an email that they had reduced prices, and in the interim, another couple had joined us. We ended up...

Ok, let's not even worry about NYE parties and loud music. That's probably to be expected. But just on a normal night, this is an incredibly loud property. I was on the second floor, and the ceiling creaked with every step my upstairs neighbors took. Then, I believe each room is set up the same way, so bedrooms are up...

It was a quiet stay, location was nice close to bus stops ad shopping locations. The only thing that was kind of annoying was that the hotel is set up like an apartment so the rooms are kind of far away form the lobby. The breakfast was nice though, definitely worth the price and lots of options! I would like...

Almost like a nice Apartment. Clean kitchen with range, fridge, etc. Lots of windows, couch, all the amenities of home. Very comfortable and clean and quiet. The breakfast food was pretty standard, but fresh. Very nice - would stay there again.
