Fabulous hotel for the money! Very clean, friendly staff and apologetic in terms of COVID....they told us the restaurant area was closed but there was a Food 4 Less literally a 2 minute walk from the front door. The room had every amenity we needed: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. After fixing the TV...life was excellent!! Also, there was supposed to have been a shuttle from the airport but it was not running on Thanksgiving night, so they called us a cab!!

This is what happened. As to our stay at this hotel. Our first night here the smoke alarms went off after midnight. They had been going off for over 10 minutes before we called the front desk and informed Wendy that the alarms were going off and if she could do something about them. When Wendy arrived in our room with her direction we did remove and replace the alarm which then was no longer sounding. The one in the hallway was still going off. Wendy left our room, and came back a second time to our room with a non sounding alarm she started waving a towel at it. This did not stop the alarm in the hallway from continuing. She opened the window and started the fan, this still did nothing for the alarm. She left our room, and within the next 45 minutes the alarms finally stopped. The next day we had a $350 charge. Thinking this was an error the hotel would fix we did nothing about it at this time. However on Friday another charge of $300, and $5 were sent to our account. Upon talking to Deanna she stated we had been smoking in the room. I do not smoke and get ill with cigarette smoke. She stated she would get ahold of Wendy the night staff and get back to us. When we got back to the hotel Scott went to the front desk and asked for the names of the people we were dealing with, she proceeded to tell him it was pot that was smelled in the room. (Pot is illegal in the state we are from, and neither on of us smokes pot). She also told him "you're caught." I am writing this to ask that these fees be reversed as all we are guilty of at this point is calling the front desk and informing her our alarm was going off. If our alarm had been the offending alarm when it was disabled it would have stopped the alarm. side note we were asked if we wanted room service, We said yes, 3 days no room service. Understand its Co-vid but 1. why ask if not available, and 2. clean towels by the door would be nice.

Good place to stay, staff super friendly and rooms were big. Parking was plentiful and safe. There is a 24 hour grocery store right next door. Right off the freeway also. If I have to come back I’ll stay there!

In Talent/Phoenix/Medford area, we had a horrific fire go thru on Sept 8, 2020. We were in evacuation 3 fleeing for our lives with 2 dogs. We had tried 3 other hotels before we got one of the last rooms at Quality Inn. The staff have been wonderful and have gone out of their way to help us. Every one of them. Someone mentioned in another review that the water was cold. Yes, ours was cold too because the dial was put in backwards. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant after we went thru such a challenging situation.

Huge room with queen bed, table with 2 chairs, desk a m d great bathroom. Spotlessly clean an well decorated. Great location and stafv...halls well lit and clean. Classy, classy place and great atmosphere and location.
