Not sure who they paid to give them all these four star ratings, but this motel is an absolute disgrace. We arrived late last night to a room that smelled like something had died inside. After driving back to the lobby, which is deceptively clean and updated, we were assigned to another room that smelled equally as bad as the... More

Good afternoon Abigail, I was naturally dissapointed to read about your experience. We have been working hard on the quality of service and product we offer at the Inn. Ever since we took over this property we have been working on the improvements to the guest rooms. That included new carpets, mattresses and linens, as well as flat screen TVs... More

I'm writing this from room 218. We stopped, tired from a day of driving from SF to Portland. Based on its location, I was expecting a pretty grim experience, but have been very pleasantly surprised. This room is very clean, with new decor and is frankly nicer than many rooms I've had in NYC, Chicago, or Vegas... Having said that,... More

We are very excited about the coming changes to the downtown area here in Medford! A new brewery is going in just across the street from us, and the Holly theatre, just... More

We stayed at this hotel during road trip from Vancouver Canada to Sacramento - We found the accommodations quaint and tidy - a bit dated, however the service was above and beyond from the moment we entered the lobby - Marcus at the registration desk had us checked in with a next door room for our two teenagers within minutes... I accompanied my husband to a business event here. Noting the freeway-adjacent location, I had low expectations and expected to eat off premises. WRONG. Larks Restaurant uses seasonal, locally sourced ingredients even for their killer Happy Hour menu. The portions were so generous on the chicken & waffle with jalapeño butter and blackberry syrup ($7) and the Mustard BBQ slow... More

I am writing this from my room after we attempted to call the front desk from the phone in our room 3 times and each time let it ring 20+ times with NO answer. I then dialed the number to the hotel from my cell phone and let it ring another 20+ times. 2 calls this way with no answer... More

This hotel received good reviews so my family booked a one night stay as we moved from Seattle, WA to Las Vegas, NV. The hotel staff were great2 The room was old, the carpets dirty and stained. The room was damp and smelled of mold. The ceiling had noticeable water damage. The air conditioner smelled old and dirty. It was... More

I stayed here for a quick overnighter en-route to Portland. Staff was pleasant and helpful, but room itself was pretty grim. I was stuck in the back building, above a utility room right at the top of the stairs. My room was very small and felt dark and grungy, and very dated. The 5 freeway runs right behind the building... While on a road trip, I stayed here for just a night which was fine. I would not stay here again if it was longer since I just cannot stand the smell of the old carpet in the room. You may just have to switch off that sense of smell if you are out of luck. The location is close... More

We did an overnighter at the Inn at the Commons. The property is located in the shadow of I-5. The immediate area is commercial(mostly non-retail) with a neighboring furniture store, lots of parking lots, and a car lot. The location appears to be on the outskirts of an area that has seen better days. This is an older property that... More
