This is an old hotel. The staff are very friendly. The bedding is comfy. The shower has only adequate pressure. The breakfast is edible. On the flip side, The rooms smell of some sort of cleaner and their "creekside" rooms which we go when we asked for quiet, are under the freeway!

Staff were accommodating. Rooms are comfortable but on the small square footage. Breakfast was basic. Generally quiet but neighboring plumbing audible through the night. Easy nearby free parking. Fast food and sit down restaurants within walking distance. Onsite dinner prices expensive. Hotel being refurbished so I am interested to see the final product. Generally good.

Value can be described as what you get in product and service in relation to what you pay. This property in downtown Medford was the "old" Red Lion and re-named and rejuvenated into its present form. Updating rooms is still occurring, but looks like it may be completed soon. Lithia, or some entity connected, is responsible for all the good things...

Thank you for leaving such a detailed and thoughtful review! I'm glad you were impressed with our lovely front desk staff, as well as the real food we serve during our complimentary breakfast. We are in the process of running new wiring to upgrade our television service, so as soon as the room remodel is complete we will be offering...

We come to Medford on a pretty regular basis. Just happened to find this place after staying at a few other places. This place was just what we were looking for. Great rooms, clean are really comfortable. We can utilize the conference rooms when we need too. Great location, right in down town Medford. Plenty of parking and the onsite...

Dog friendly room with 2 queens was clean and comfortable, other than lumpy pillows.Flat screen television was quite small, analog only reception only made it seem even smaller. We checked in a little late, about 6 PM, Dr decided to do a little laser work on my wife's eye, Decided on this hotel because of the lounge and restaurant. We...

We were road tripping from CA to Seattle with two toddlers and a dog - I know, crazy right? This hotel was an easy stop because the room was on the ground floor and the parking was directly in front of the door. This made lugging all our gear/babies/dog in and out easy. The room was very clean and nice...

This was an excellent hotel where we stayed for one night on a drive from San Francisco to Portland. I chose this hotel due to the central location in Medford, expecting to walk a few streets to a restaurant for dinner. We arrived at The Inn at the Commons at dusk on a late afternoon in November soon after it...

Good hotel and excellent value. We booked on the way to Bandon Dunes. The breakfast in the morning was good and had fresh eggs. It's a good 3 star hotel. We are at the restaurant and food was outstanding. Eat the meatloaf or fried chicken. Would definitely stay again. Staff was super friendly.

There was some confusion about our reservation, but it was quickly corrected and we were moved to the king bed room with a river view. The bed was the most comfortable I've spent at a hotel in a long time. The doggy area was very small with no grass-could be better. Room was nicely decorated and looked newly remodeled. Even...
