We decided to stay at Budget Inn of America due to very late arrival and thus 24/7 reception, keeping in mind that our secondary focus was on price, as we want to stay just over the night. We were very pleased by room equipment, cleanliness and general very good value for money. If you are travelling and you want to stay for 1 night I can more than recomend the Budget Inn of America. :)
I made a trip to the town of Medford for a week to visit a daughter. Stayed at Budget Inn, it is in a nice central location. There are many places to eat and drink within a short walk from the motel. Check in was painless, they have several delivery services, and house keeping does as much or little that you desire (I stayed 4 days)
My TV didn't work, the sheets have stains on them, the wash rags have stains on them, the mattress had a huge depression in it where a 500 lb person must have laid for months. It was 10:50 and the office is calling trying to get me out when checkout is 11. Then the lady comes over and starts peeking in my window and knocking on my door. THE WORST MOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD HANDS DOWN
We stayed in room 215 for a week checked out today 3-19-2019 and I was trying to figure out what these bits were and found out they are bed bug bits. I went to tell the office and the owner started yelling at me and called me a liar. Then refused to give my deposit back. On top of it all the maintenance guy constantly would walk by the room yell stuff and knocking on our door at 12am saying room check. I believe it was all because we did not socialize with the other people in the motel and didn't have people in and out of our room all hours of the night.
Not very clean, heating didn't work, no spare blankets. When I complained to the manager she couldn't care less, I asked for a partial refund because I couldn't get a good sleep, she told me to take it up with booking.com!!! I explained that they have nothing to do with the operation of the hotel. Although she was the resident manager, she told me she had no authority, and that I had to speak to the owner. But he was unavailable because he lives in India! Room was not very clean and bathroom was yucky. Chose a proper chain hotel, not this poorly run dump.
