At the last minute, we decided that we didn't want 'another' motel so we found a listing for the Rocky Point Lodge on Klamath Lake. We found out that the Lodge consisted of several 1 bedroom cabins as well as motor vehicle camping spots. The Lodge has a lakeside restaurant on-site and we were very pleased with the cuisine, both...

I have been going to Rocky Point Resort for about six years now camping in my travel trailer. I always go in May when the water level of Klamath Lake is at its highest level and the weather has settled into it's beautiful Spring mode. I just got back from my first late season camping trip down there so I...

We are so comfortable here. We have kayaking, cycling, running, and touring. Close to Crater Lake and Lava Beds, both must sees. They serve great food if you don't want to cook, and we feel so at home. Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and concerned about our dog who injured himself. We have everything we need here. We were able...

My wife and I have visited Rocky Point a couple of times, just for the day, and found it quite enchanting. We can't wait to go back again, for peace and the beauty of the views. As a place to stop off on the way Crater Lake, it can't be beaten.

Hidden gem; I use to go here when I was a kid back in the 60's. The head of spring creek used to be an old log dump. Spring creek excellent for fishing. Excellent RV camping with spots for large rigs. Reservations is a must. Quite and peaceful. Staff very friendly. Fishing is spotty. Better in the spring, before water...

Spent a night in one of the guest rooms for a weekend away with my girlfriend. The experience lined up with exactly what we were looking for. Excellent views from our room, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is a classic but very well kept up property. Our room was extremely clean and cozy with a cabin feel...

Nice quaint little campground. Sites are too close together though. Site #10 should be removed. Too small for most rigs and if you do get a rig in there, you cannot walk around it. Site #9 is too close to site #8. Absolutely no privacy whatsoever. There are sites crammed in front of the cabins. The cabins are nice, but...

Hi and thank you for your review! Our rustic resort was built over 105 years ago, unfortunately due to that fact, the sites here are a little bit smaller than some RV resorts. However, many of our guests love the close proximity to the water and great views they provide. Also, if you search cabin/room rates in the area I...

We enjoyed our time here! We stayed in a cabin. Functional kitchen. Clean and simple. Dont forget your cooking spray. The office doesn't carry it. There's a gas station and grocery store 15 min away. Walmart in KF is 45 min away. Comfy bed. Shower stall is small but the hot water is amazing! No fan in bathroom but the...

Rocky Point is a pleasant little resort right on Upper Klamath Lake. Most of the RV sites and all of the tent sites have views of the lake, and some of the RV sites are right on the lake. The rooms and cabins look like they have nice views too. We stayed in an RV site right on the water...
