We traveled to Oregon from California by the car, and stayed in Jacksonville for a couple nights at this hotel. We found its very nice and comfortable. The room was exactly as described on website. I have read reviews with one stars and did not find anything that would justified that. Stuff was super friendly and helpful. Location is also so convenient, short walk to downtown, restaurants. Wine tasting basically behind the hotel, 5 min to walk and it’s stunning view. So I think it’s a good place to stay, especially if you want to explore around wineries or trails or visit Medford or Ashland.

This may be the nicest smaller hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel extensively. The employees, especially Ty, we're very friendly and professional! The room was spotless, and nicely decorated and furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom products were high end. I received a phone message from Ty after I arrived home letting me know that I had left an item behind. He immediately packed the item and had it shipped to me. This place is a gem! (And walking distance from downtown Jacksonville.)

Recently visited while attending a wedding in the area. Spacious room that was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Others have commented on the breakfast; we actually found it quite nice, if basic. Granola bar with several add ons for your morning cereal, yoghurts, scones and fruits. Real dishes and silverware instead of the plastic/paper plates found in so many chain hotels. We had to leave early on our departure date (before breakfast) so were able to take all the fixings for a breakfast back to the room to keep in the fridge for the next day. Overall, I really liked this place and had no complaints. Thanks to the staff.

Clean, quiet with adequate breakfast. 15 minute walk to downtown. 25 to Britt festival. Web site kind of infers that this is a b & b, but it is actually a nice motel. I can't think of anything else to fill the 200 word minimum.
