The price and location were quite good for an average type of room. The couch was worn with padding exposed but otherwise things were fine. This was a convenient location for getting out on Pre's Trail before meetings which made it very nice. Plenty of restaurants close by was convenient.

I stayed here on 3/23/17. My arrival started out by not having a reservation. I actually booked the hotel for the wrong date. I was a day early! Meaghan was more than accomodating and took great care of me. She called expedia and went thru numerous holds and dropped calls just to make sure my mistake was taken care of....

Stayed here one night for Elton John concert at Matthew Knight arena. If you are going to an event there you couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Parking was a nightmare we hear. We arrived about 4:00, check in was a breeze, very friendly staff. We walked across the street and got out tickets from will call and...

It is a simple motel that is very very very close to U of O campus and basketball stadium which if that is your destination, is a good thing. Rooms are old but that means they are actually bigger than more modern places. TV good, frig good, shower good. Heater is a bit loud so it either is good at...

For under $55 this is one of the best deal you can find. The room was clean and newly furnished. Towels were plush and white. In a nice location across the street from UO's arena. WiFi was strong too boot!

We stayed with this place because it was so close to the concert we were seeing across the street. Had the smallest bathroom we have ever seen in a motel, had food in the frig from the previous guest, no Kleenex, our room was at the top of stairs so everyone who came up the steps could see in our...

Checkin went fast, staff was nice. Room was little dirtty, couldn't close the bathroom door!!! Furthermore the floor in the bathroom has not been wiped. There was a connection door to another room (locked, but still a strange feeling). Breakfast and WiFi were included, both weren't insane but ok.

If you're looking for a place close to the University of Oregon, close to the stadium on game day, see your kids at the university apartments or to travel in and out of Eugene to explore the state, then this is it. It's very clean, the rooms are excellent and servicing of the rooms good too. The only issue we...

It was one of the cheapest hotel rooms we could find. It did not disappoint. I think its the best bang for your buck in Eugene. Our room was small but set up in a way that felt complete. We will definitely stay again when in Eugene.

My room was cozy and quiet. My brother and I enjoyed our stay very much. However, the wifi was pretty slow. We always had to open our door to get some Internet access. The staff was friendly and helpful.
