My husband and I stayed at the C'est La Vie Inn for a weekend getaway. There is a certain charm to the Inn which we particularly enjoyed and the Innkeepers were wonderful. We were greeted with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and advice of places to see in the area. The room we stayed in was the Monet suite which...

Beautifully appointed restored Victorian mansion with the most comfortable beds imaginable. Jack and Anne Marie are gracious hosts. Delicious fruit and cheese blintz casserole for breakfast. Gorgeous gardens and no detail overlooked.

Wonderful Visit on my wedding anniversary, we stayed in the upstairs private suite. Very classy, the jetted tub in the room was wonderful, and the balcony overlooking the backyard, what a beautiful view of the gardens. Loved the train set, the pond, and all of the stunning flowers that summer morning. The breakfast was so tasty, and the house was...

The building is impeccably maintained, retaining all it's old charm. The house is tastefully furnished with antique furniture, reflecting the owners' good taste. The rooms are very comfortable, and the owners are meticulous in their detail. Although it is an old house, everything is in perfect working order and spotlessly clean. The owner spends 2 hours a day tending to...

My husband and I relied on the C'est la Vie Inn tripadvisor review - it was right on the money! Our room was cozy, the breakfasts were superb, and the common areas were extraordinary. The dining room clock, the rosewood grand piano - these and many more attentions to detail make this Inn the perfect place in Eugene.

Stayed while in Eugene for a meeting. Enjoyed having room with adjoining bath. Comfortable bed and good linens. Breakfasts were excellent. Jack was a great source of information for things to do in area. Felt my stay was as blissful as the chocolate 'blisses' that were kept in the room.

My wife and I were visiting Eugene and we're looking for somewhere special to stay and we made a great choice! Jack, the owner, made use feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was great and breakfast was fantastic. It is located within walking distance of a good selection of restaurants. I would highly recommend the C'est...

We arrived after dark and the house is a little difficult to find as the streets are poorly lit but with a GPS, it wasn't bad at all. The house itself is well-lit and on a street corner. There just don't seem to be any street lights other than the corners and the neighbourhood is definitely older and a bit...

We had to be in Eugene for a meeting, so decided to come down the day before. Jack was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a short tour of the beautiful and historic house. The room was lovely and well laid out with a lot of little touches for comfort. Jack cheerfully accommodated our need for...
