Hard to get in and out of parking lot from Highway. No microwave, Very few blankets to keep warm. Lots of foot traffic late at night outside hotel room door. Hand rail on second floor was very low and would not prevent someone from falling over it especially little kids. Room, was clean, bathroom was clean, and there was a...

Was in Eugene for a conference. Booked this kind of last minute and it was one of the few hotels left with rooms available for my dates. Old school motel well located between downtown and the University. Friendly check in, and quick assistance when my room card ceased to function. Across the street from a Whole Foods which made breakfast...

We booked online while we drove down the road toward California. It was getting late and we didn't know the area. What a cute place. There was snow all around...The holiday decorations were still up and we were met by a friendly face. Our hostess had turned on the heat in our room when we arrived. The bed was comfortable...

Chose this hotel due to its downtown location. The room was dated and had a strange smell. The bathroom was tiny with a hot water tap which was faulty. I had a felling that a large rat (or like) may come up the bath plughole as it was so large!!! However everything worked ok and the staff quickly fixed the...

I stayed there with a group for a weekend to see an Oregon football game. The location is in walking distance (although, not a close walk) to the stadium and campus. We paid $169/night. Obviously it's a supply/demand issue on game weekends but this place is really a low end hotel. Most of us got keys that didn't work when...

Just spend ten days on West Coast. Worst placed I stayed in. Spiders on ceiling, floor and mattress were very unclean. Didn't even want to lay down on bed. Do not stay at this place. This place is nothing like advertised on pictures.

Our room was average for a motel near a university. Cleanliness was fair. Condition was average. Not a great place but not a bad one either. Priced fairly. Staff was fine. Parking is ok to tight. A 15-18 min walk to campus.

I understand how busy this place can be on game days, but that does not permit rudeness. There are far nicer ways to let guests know when they may check in. You are in the business of providing service. I've worked in hotels myself so I know how under appreciated hotel staff can be, but I would never be, nor...

We were visiting campus to see a football game and take a weekend campus tour of the University of Oregon.
