I checked into the room and was trying to get settled and called the front desk to see where the ice machine was and no ice in the hotel. . Then I tried to turn the tv on but there wasn’t a remote in the room. I called the front desk and told them I didn’t have a remote. They bought one to the room but only certain featured worked. Also the fireplace in this room did not work. The room wasn’t really cleaned, hair in sink and. I went into use the toilet and glanced up and the wall had streaks of brown, what it was I had no idea but it was gross. The next morning we took a shower then left. We came back a few hours later and the room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk as asked if there was something I needed to do to have the room cleaned. She states “we aren’t cleaning the rooms because if COVID”. I’ve been traveling for more then a week and stayed in several hotels. The breakfast thing I can understand but the other hotels had ice and had light maid service with a change of towels. After one night we wanted out of here and were told there was a 48 Hour cancelation and no one had the authority to allow us to cancel, obtain a refund and move to another location. We asked to have someone call who was in authority and no one ever called. I will never recommend this hotel and I plan to leave this on reviews so others will have information to make an educated decision. This has been a horrible experience.

For the price and proximity to the hospital, this can't be beat. Is it a 5 star hotel? No, but..it was exactly what I needed. A clean room with a bed and a shower. It would be all too easy for them to charge an arm and a leg because of the high population of hospital visitors but they don't. I was honestly surprised how quiet it was since my room faced the freeway. It actually took some of the trip stress off knowing I wasn't putting out a huge amount of money for a room I wasn't going to be in long. I would definitely stay again if I was headed up there any time soon.

Clean, Smelled clean, no smoking smell. No screen on the window (security issue), great shower and water pressure. Apparently this response needs to be at least 250 characters long.... odd? If we wanted to check out late there was a $45 fee, plus they charged a deposit that was not disclosed when making the reservation. Refundable if the room was left in good condition. So I felt the need to take pictures of all rooms to cover my Ass before I left .
