Spent our anniversary here this weekend. Had stayed several years ago and it was OK, but this time loved new proprietress, Bea! She clearly loves what she does, and it shows! Felt very at home walking on lovely, wooded grounds, stargazing, swinging on porch swing, and visiting the dogs and cats. Breakfast was savory with lots of locally-sourced ingredients. Bea...

Hubby and I were on a cross country trip from the east. This was one of our favorite stops as far as places to stay. The room was clean and roomy with a sitting area. The grounds were nice and it was right across from a short hike to one of the waterfalls of many in the area. Beatrice was...

My sister and I stayed in the cottages for one night. We were surprised that there were no other guests that night. The cottages shared a wall and an interconnecting door, but each had skylights, two walls of large windows, and a deck. The cottage I stayed in was quiet and clean, and I heard no noise from the adjacent cottage....

The new owners are very welcoming. Beatrice was our B&B manager and cook. Very friendly and gave us a warm greeting. Room comfortable. Lovely walk around Bridal Veil Falls across the highway. Other state park falls nearby. Good breakfast -- Beatrice knows how to cook!

This hotel is in a magical setting. The cottage rooms have skylights, and if it rains, you can fall asleep or wake up to the patter of rain on the skylight. You'll wake up to the slowly rising sun. My cottage room had a canopy bed. It was raining most of the visit, so I didn't use the deck that...

What a great stay at the bridalveil b&b. The owners are amazing and so nice and welcoming to us and our pooch! The breakfast was so good! Probably best we had on our whole trip to Portland! Amazing location right across the street from the falls! Highly highly recommend!!

Wow!!! What a change new owners make!!! All the work and money spent to make this a little piece of heaven sure shows!!! I was there this spring when all the gorgeous trees were greening. Walking to the Falls was as easy as crossing the street and coming back to a room that wants to pamper you into total relaxation...

We did a "sampling" tour of the Pacific Northwest, and spent our last night at Bridal Veil Lodge. Our only regret for the whole trip was not staying longer in the Columbia River Gorge, and at the Bridal Veil. The area is beautiful, our room at Bridal Veil just wonderful. The hostess was charming, and cooked a killer omelet for...

I would encourage you to be very wary about booking with Bridal Veil. We booked two rooms for two nights (one of the cabins and one room in the lodge), sent our checks to pay for the rooms (which were promptly cashed), and received e-mail confirmation that our rooms were reserved (a copy of which we had with us). When...

The managers you spoke of are no longer affiliated with Bridal Veil Lodge, and have not been since mid October, 2013, so your visit must have been many months ago. I am so sorry for your experience, and I would like to know what the date was when you stayed, and get more details from you so that I can...

My husband and I had the great pleasure staying at Bridal Veil Lodge during our honey moon. While touring Oregon and Washington I would have to say, with full certainty, that our two days there was the highlight of our trip! The rooms were cozy and inviting. It's tucked away in a great location along the Colombia River, and the...
