When we arrived the parking lot, shared with a restaurant, was full, except for a spot right by the pop machine, next to the office, almost outside our room, cordoned off with an orange cone. The manager told us to park there and replace the cone as parking would be tight (function at the restaurant). We decided not to move... More

This motel is very affordable, but provides the bare minimum such as free breakfast, wifi, and parking. Breakfast was in the small lobby, not the big rooms shown in pictures above. Breakfast included cereal, oatmeal, mandarin oranges, and plain and blueberry muffins. Room and wood floors clean. The staff is very helpful in giving information about places to eat or... More

Here again, the staff makes the difference. Thanks Cathy for the great room on the first floor. My wife and I don't do stairs very good anymore and she was able to find us a room of the ground floor. Room had a microwave and refrigerator.

We had a nice quick check-in and were very happy with the cleanliness and size of of the room. We had a kitchenette but no cooking utensils were provided. I would make a recommendation that the hotel upgrade their bedding. The blanket on the bed was a 1/4 inch thick and I was cold so I turned up the heat.

Attendants at the desk on our arrival were very 'matter of fact', advising us of all the rules of staying, particularly about not smoking and the fines if caught. Our rooms were small and outdated. Beds needed replacing as they were just old I guess. The whole motel looked like it needed a really good clean. Handy location to shops... More

Stayed one night here while traveling through town. The room was clean and fine and the staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning was pretty sparse - juice, oatmeal coffee and muffins. No milk, cold cereal or anything more. This was not a surprise though as the staff told us about the breakfast before we checked in. We would... More

I would never stay at this hotel again although the hotel was nice the owner was unbelievable threaten to charge us $250 if we didn't smoke 20 feet from the room then husband using towel to dry off seats was yelled at about using towel. There there is a way to have tact if you don't want somebody use your... More

From the parking lot this place looks plain. Once inside the rooms are comfortable, neat, clean and inviting. The staff over the phone was very pleasant then in person there was a little less inviting attitude which disappeared as soon as the person recognized our name from the phone reservation. The staff was friendly overall. The included breakfast is not... More

Not too bad at all for an older property on the main drag in the historic Bend "motel row." It has been updated and our room was well-appointed and clean - except the window - we were happy to be told our room had a view of Mt. Bachelor, but the outside of this second-floor room was so filthy, I... More

This was the second hotel in a quick trip to Oregon that we stayed in that is owned by (or affiliated with) the Comfort Hotels group....while the outside is not much to look at, the rooms were pleasant, clean, and well kept.
