Beautiful stunning view off the deck. We have eaten there numerous times during the past 2 summers. Their food is good, but their staff seemed to be a little stretched this summer as compared to last. If you're not in a hurry, it is worth the drive to enjoy the beautiful scenery while you eat.

$35 for an uneven, pull through site. Woodchip surface. Scattered lodgepole not enough for privacy. Outhouses. $5 for a shower. Didn't check them out.. The nearby water faucet didn't work. Picnic table and firepit on a slope. Luckily the bongo drums stopped by 10pm. What a ripoff.

Got there early enough to find a good parking spot before10:00 am. Walked for a bit, basked in the sun on the beach and just soaked in the beauty. Had lunch at the restaurant outdoors and continued to enjoy the view and the company. The Elk burger was very good, while my wife had the wrap which she didn't enjoy.... More

We took a 45 min 'cruise' around 1/2 of the lake on the Free Spirit, a solar-powered wooden boat with comfy couches and a floating dock/platform attached (for dangling your feet in the water and jumping off into the lake. Very relaxing and fun! 5 Stars for this ride and Captain Kurt, who built the boat himself. we also rented... More

We were PCT hikers coming off the trail to pick up our resupply packages. They charge $5 for you to pick up your package, which was unexpected. The $5 for an unlimited hot shower was reasonable. They give you soap and a towel. The food selection is pretty good, the food is yummy, but very overpriced. I understand they have... More

We had a blast on the Free Spirit! Captain Kurt gave my son a turn at steering the boat. And we all loved pedaling the bicycles that turned the propeller. A very cool experience! Kids loved it when we dropped the anchor and swam at the other side of the lake. Thanks!!

My family took a ride on the Free Spirit, a wooden boat ride that is solar powered. There are bikes that you can pedal as well that assist in making the craft go faster. It was so relaxing and fun! Definitely made the trip!

We just spent time camping at Elk Lake Lodge. It was great in the campground. The camp host, Jimmy is totally awesome. Very helpful, friendly and went out of his way to make our stay great. He was the best camp host I have ever encountered. The lake, restaurant and gear for rental were well worth it.
