For some golfers there are courses you just must play and if you going to Oregon, Bandon Dunes needs to be of these courses. I had heard it was a cross between Pebble Beach and Carnoustie and after playing it, I look forward to my future trips to each of those courses. This course is a walking course (no carts)...

I returned to Bandon Dunes for the second time in three years. I will return again. First and foremost, at its core, Bandon Dunes is a golf course, or rather a group of golf courses. Magnificent, stunningly beautiful, weather influenced, true links golf courses. Bandon Dunes is not a spa. It is not Club Med. It is not Disneyland. It...

Okay, let's get this straight at the top: you go to a golf resort in order to golf. If you go to Bandon Dunes then you will have made "A Hole In One." The courses are all wonderful. Since the resort is hard on the Pacific Ocean then the elements greatly influence your round. Of the two 18 hole courses...

Bandon Dunes certainly lived up to all the hype. All 4 courses are amazing in their own right and a par-3 course that just might be the best in the world with ocean views on every hole. The staff has a high moral as everyone seems to enjoy working there. Special thanks to Regan and Wendy for their hospitality and...

Took a 4 night golf vacation with a group of 20 golfers. Bandon Dunes Resort was nearly perfect. 4 outstanding Golf courses (played a different one each day) coupled with excellent service, we'll above average lodging (Lily Pond rm) and very good dining options. All in a golf focused, laid back atmosphere. It really is top of the charts, world class...

What an amazing golf experience. This truly is a golf resort. Everything is geared towards the golf experience. The golf courses are truly amazing each with its own personality and unique style. Even the par 3 course, The Preserve, was high quality. I stayed at the Inn and it was just right. The room was spacious and comfortable. A great...

This was our second visit to Bandon Dunes and it is one of those special places that is hard to leave. To be expected is outstanding golf but what really makes Bandon Dunes a winner is all of the staff. Everybody from the housekeeping. to the shuttle drivers, caddies, marshals', retail personnel , etc are ALL so helpful, kind and...

Lots of various trails all over the properties. Hiking is encouraged. There are very good maps. there are a couple trails that pass close to some greens, so be sure to watch for golfers. You might have to wait a bit because of this, in fact on 1 hole the golfers thought we were the peanut gallery watching them.

Wow, five nights, six days at the exceptional Bandon Dunes Golf resort. This is our foursomes 7th year in a row, enjoying the best golf you can imagine. Three beautiful 18 hole courses Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes and Old MacDonald all on the Pacific Ocean. The fourth course, Bandon Trails starts along the ocean and continues into trees and foothills....

Just came back from my 5th trip there. Despite pretty bad weather for 3 out of 4 days (freezing pouring rain, sleets and strong gust winds), we had a great time. Its definitely "golf as it meant to be". Depends on the wind direction, the same hole could be reach using a 5-iron, wedge or driver, 6 iron! Everything at...
