I recently stayed here with my husband a two boys. It is a nice hotel that could use a few updates in the rooms. That being said, everyone was friendly and the room was clean. We ended up in a corner room on the 2nd floor with a huge balcony; my kids loved it! We had a great time with... More

We needed a handicap suite because my husband had recently had a hip replacement. Had to change the room reservation to a regular handicap room so that we would have a walk in shower since all the handicap suites had bathtubs. No automatic doors to the outside. But Sara at front desk was great and made our visit very pleasant.

We stayed for 1 night as a staycation in Tulsa. We have been wanting to stay here for a while and we were able to get a room for an amazing price. The staff was very polite and friendly when we checked in and even offered us a free breakfast voucher as it was my birthday. The rooms are a... More

Platinum P. traveler: This is no reflection on the hotel services and staff in general! Management from owners side; pathetic, spend some money!!! Mr. Extremely outdated property. Torn, old carpet with raised creases in rooms and some public areas. Old furniture and lamps. Still have lamps with land phone plug in them. Huh! Sat on couch and got spring in... More

Beautiful Hotel!!!!The room was not what I expected. Not as nice as the view outside of the room, but for what it's worth. It does have a nice bathroom. Wish I had more time in Tulsa to view everything, but I'm only here to visit family. The pool area is nice. A very nice size pool for everyone.

This Renaissance is outdated and needs a renovation. It reminded us of an older Embassy Suites. The beds were sub-par. However, overall, service was great. The service in the concierge room was the best we've experienced & she went the extra mile for our sick daughter. Parking is easy and convenient. Pool was clean. There's also a hot tub and... More

This Renaissance doesn't fit the mold of other Renaissance Hotels. It's outdated, worn carpeting and needs a total renovation. The only good thing is the workout facility and the concierge room with Debbie in the morning taking care of her guests. Its time for an extreme makeover!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this stay except for that I wish it were longer!!! My husband and I were both very impressed with every part of this hotel including the up to date, very well supplied gym. The cleanliness was exceptional as well as the comfort level. This is the perfect place for a romantic, relaxing... More

Convenient parking, very nice atmosphere, super clean, and fresh, comfortable bedding. It's located near lots of eating establishments and shopping. I also loved the in room coffee/tea station and small fridge. Will definitely stay here again!

There is not a negative thing to say about this hotel. Good customer service and easy check in. Parking is easy. The suite has a few older things like carpet is starting to come lose and wall paper is wrinkling but still a beautiful hotel.
