Benevolently stayed at The Campbell Hotel in Tulsa. A perfect example of "never judge a book by it's cover". Truly more of a Bed and Breakfast feel. Beautifully decorated interior and room. A great spacious bathroom. Air conditioner was awesome! We love a cold room. Very friendly and attentive staff. A definite must try!

Thank you so much for taking the time to give the Campbell Hotel such a great review. We couldn't agree with you more about "never judging a book by it's cover". Hopefully, you will return and try to stay in all 26 of our beautifully decorated rooms. Each room is very unique and they all have a special theme of...

Each room of this historic hotel is unique. Our room was very elegant and historic character was well maintained. The public areas of the hotel were also. We stayed here during our Route 66 trip - right on the Route. Convenient to downtown Tulsa.

when we walked into the hotel, what a surprise, the outside does not do it justice. It was like walking back in time, all old style suitcases adorned one wall and there was a lovely old feel to the place. We were greeted by really friendly reception staff, check in was easy and the. We went to our room......wow, I...

We ended our Route 66 trip from California in Tulsa and couldn't have asked for a better finish line to our trip! 😊🏁 Each room has a theme and we appropriately booked the Route 66 room. The front desk was very accommodating for every request (i.e. late checkout for later flight) and the continental breakfast had a good selection to...

This was a great place. Each room was different and was about the history of the area. It was very clean. The only fault I would have is that there was a small step into the bathroom, but it is really not a problem. We also had trouble turning the air fan down, but did not ask for help so...

Lovely hotel only 26 rooms all themed we had the Patti Page room, very olde world with loads of character. Tulsa itself is not much very spread out and not alot going on but as we only spent one night there it was not a problem. The hotel is right on Route 66.

Very nice, convenient boutique hotel located on historic Route 66. We stayed in the Tulsa Rose Bowl Room - Art Deco-ish decor, king bed, small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, with flat screen tv on wall. Very comfy cozy place to stay which is convenient to the University of Tulsa, downtown, Utica Square, etc. The staff was very friendly, bar and...

Kathy, thank you for the great review and recommending the Campbell hotel. Because the Campbell is a 26 room boutique hotel, one of the advantages of staying here is that it is unique and each room has such a different décor but yet all the rooms have such a cozy and comfortable feeling and you do feel at "home." And...

We stay here every time we go to Tulsa. A lovely old hotel, around whose corridors you can practically hear the ghosts of rumrunners and oilmen from the boomtown era. The attached restaurant, Maxxwell's, is also very good and open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and very affordably priced, with good food, too. Every room has a different theme, so...

Rob, thank you so much for such a great review. You would be surprised at the guest that return to The Campbell Hotel, just so they can say they have stayed in all of the 26 different themed rooms. I stayed here twice because it was recommended by my customer in Tulsa. But after a bad night both times, I changed hotels. Mattresses were saggy and uncomfortable. Room decor is not my taste...one had bowling pins in a fireplace. Another had silver sateen pillows with black velour blanket and a mirrored fireplace. Desks have poor lighting and uncomfortable chairs....

Allen, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I'm very sorry that the hotel didn't meet your business needs. Our hotel is a boutique hotel and the rooms were decorated by designers in the Designers Showcase 2011 and the themes are based around famous people or places from the area. If we had known that maybe...
