Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Tulsa. The rooms are amazing, mine had a full living area, with a full kitchen with every piece of equipment you would need to feed a full party. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

I was very excited to stay at this hotel because it looked very nice and seemed like there was good history. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are nice and modern. However, I found it strange that the suites had full kitchens but absolutely no dishes, utensils, or cups. It was completely empty. So what was the...

Absolutely Stunningly! This was the venue for my daughter's wedding and I hope my photos speak for themselves? Upscale and high-class from the second you pull up out front. You are greeted by the valet or the doorman who were both well dressed in suits and quick to open doors and assist when necessary. The renovation of this iconic part...

I could not be happier to read your positive feedback. Your comment about memories created in the Mayo is very flattering and rewarding to read. It absolutely expresses our philosophy and...

Treated extremely well by staff, the room I had was actually designed to be a residence or long term stay. Perfectly appointed, every convenience and shuttle service to places around downtown. What a pleasant change from a chain hotel. Highly recommend. Certainly worth looking at the phenomenal renovations that were done in restoring this building.

The building itself is absolutely beautiful. However, if you are interested in customer service, or staff acting like they care at all---I would head to another hotel. My family and I visited this weekend, spending over $3000.00 in room costs. We are willing to spend the money for the entire experience. This money was spent on room size only! The...

I really like this hotel. Reading the reviews I agree the rooftop bar is a little "clubby" - I have had a really nice time there and other times left for other options; depends on the vibe, I guess. I prefer the Boiler Room, but it closes earlier and we go upstairs. I learned last night the upstairs bar is...

This hotel certainly is very beautiful and well decorated. The lobby is absolutely stunning and a great place to have a wedding. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and modern. The hotel has very few amenities and only one restaurant which does not open till 7 AM. As a business traveler it makes sense a little difficult because you...

Dear Christine S, Thank you for sharing your experience here on Tripadvisor. While our restaurant does not open until 7AM, I thought I would point out that we have a beautiful coffee shop in the hotel that opens at 6:30AM. I am genuinely sorry if the front desk seemed understaffed. I will certainly look into it and make sure that...

Check in was smooth. Room quality/cleanliness was average. Boiler room restaurant and bar was good. The penthouse bar was unexpectedly club-like and perhaps a missed opportunity to create a classy roof top bar. Staff openly complained about how wild wedding parties happen too often at the hotel. Finally, the hotel is a mixed use development and half of the rooms...

Internet never worked my entire stay. I correct that. It worked once. It took about 10 minutes to load one page. Staff was completely indifferent.
