They did a really great job on the new renovation. The hotel flows beautifully from the lobby into the new bar/lounge, then to the Rancher's Club and the old part of the Student Union. The rooms are beautiful and comfy just like the old hotel, but I think the best part of the new hotel are the open lounge spaces...

This is a nice, small property on the campus of America's greatest land grant university, Oklahoma State University. OK I am a little biased because I have a student here on the school. We have wanted to stay at The Atherton, the campus hotel, the whole time she has been in school there, but renovations took it out of play...

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND the positive reviews here. I fully agree with Scott M. below, having also stayed here many wonderful times before the sad "remodel" (destruction) of what was once the gem of the campus. This alumna is just sick how badly this hotel has been ruined. I was very excited to take my teens and their friends to...

The Atherton Hotel is extremely excited and pleased with the beautiful transformation and renaissance of this 65 year old historic hotel. Once known as “the Waldorf of the West”, The Atherton is ready to return to its former glory days and its place as an upscale, luxury hotel. The new renovations and design have been overwhelming hailed as a huge...

The Atherton is a LOVELY property. Rooms are not spacious but are comfortable with lush appointments including tons of pillows, attractive decor, and modern technology. Everything is spotless. The staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast included with my rate is fresh and delicious with high quality fruit (pineapple, a variety of melon and berries), biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs,...

We really appreciate the feedback trishpa. We have been working with the union to eliminate any weekday drop offs before 7am. So far it's been successful. As for the room placements/assignments, our staff has become much more aware of where the rooms are and how to accommodate a specific room request. Thank you for your patience with us. Please let...

Clean room, I'm very sensitive to moldy smell but this place was amazingly clean and I felt totally comfortable staying. Only negative side is the parking, they don't have free parking and valet is $15/day. There is self park little away but it is $10. Love their complementary OSU logo water bottles and rubber ducky in the shower :) Nice...

So glad you enjoy the hotel. We think we have the best housekeeping staff in town. Our self parking is definitely a bit of a hike, but if you let us know you're here, we will swing by in our Ford Expedition and pick you up....and take you to and from your car whenever you need! Thank you so much...

My teammates and I stayed here for an Oklahoma State Cowgirls basketball reunion. The front desk staff was welcoming and checked us in efficiently. The rooms were beautifully decorated in tasteful colors with OSU accents. Bathrooms were very modern with marble and glass amenities and a rubber ducky in the shower! The bed was perfect with a nice comforter. My...

We are so excited to add to the wonderful facilities, both athletically and academically, that OSU has to offer. The State Room Lounge has been a hit. With the warm atmosphere, fascinating discussion, and comfy couches, some have referred to it as Stillwater's Living Room....which I think is the ultimate compliment! Thank you for the great comments...look forward to seeing...

We, and other couples, stayed at the Atherton Hotel for convenience to attend a wedding & reception across the street at the OSU Alumni Center. What an awesome arrangement! Our hotel room was very, very nice, beautiful and comfortable. Our bed/mattress contributed to a relaxing, good night of sleep. The bathroom was not large but very adequate including a shower...

I came to OSU for a job interview and they put me up at the Atherton. It was very convenient to all buildings on the main campus of the University. No car was required. The room was very comfortable and the check-in and check-out was very friendly. When I left, they arrange for a free shuttle to new local airport....

Thank you Sharon, that is a very good tip. Campus can be confusing for sure. We are always looking for ways to better our customer experience... I will discuss your suggestion with my team and look for a convenient way to implement. Thanks again! Josh
