This was the 3rd time we have stayed at the Tower Hotel and unfortunately it may have been our last. The air conditioner in our room did not work properly, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:00 a.m. and again at 10:30 a.m. Check out is Noon. At 10:30 she wanted to know what time we were checking out. We...

Where do I start.. I am from Arlington, Texas. I was in San Antonio attending my boyfriends son graduation from the Air Force basic training. I got a call from my brother saying our Mother had suffered a stroke and was in ICU Baptist hospital in Oklahoma City. I could not drive straight there due to having extra passengers with...

The whole experience was awful. The indoor pool was dirty. Our food at the lounge wasn't even edible. Most of the staff is rude. Room was clean though & some of the staff was very friendly. Rooms are advertised wrong & our balcony had dip spit all over it.

My wife and I had a ballroom competition in Oklahoma City. The event was held at the Tower Hotel. Hotel representatives were friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly with hotel representatives. There are restaurants and shopping 5-10 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location for travelers. It is easy to reach! Additionally, the hotel price...

My stay was in the first week of April 2017. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my room, its cleanliness, its decor and layout. There was a large pillow top bed, a nice tv, a comfortable chair, and a great view outside my window. The staff was friendly and supportive, the breakfast was incredible, individually prepared omelettes, meats,...

Stayed here over the weekend for a baseball tournament. Nice place with great rooms, kids got to swim. Adults could go to the bar if they wanted to. Good location too with lots of restaurants pretty close.

Mold everywhere. Blood stains. Filth. Poop on the flat sheet of the bed. I am not sure that they changed the sheets. The staff was bickering and calling each other names behind the front desk. I was there for PhotoCon. It was a mess. Rooms were overbooked, not ready, etc... No restaurants are open during check-in. So- no place to...

The building needs updating. You can see the ghost of Marriott from where the sign was removed. AC trickled and the room never completely cooled off after a warm day. Hotel was booked by a friend. I would not have selected it and will never stay there again.

Old and ran down hotel. I was thinking that it was ran by Marriott but it is not. The bed was hard as a rock and house keeping came at 930 one day. On check out day, house keeping showed up at 830 and again at 930.

Dear Guest, We appreciate your comments, and all do our possible to exceed our customer expectations. This Hotel is no longer a Marriott since over 5 years and it is Independent, but still offer all amenities as any Branded Hotel, as a matter of fact we have the same supplier of Mattresses. It is true that sometimes when a Mattress...
