Outside of the faint smell of incense in the room everything was fine. The property seams to be maintained well and owner / manager is friendly and takes pride in the motel. A good stay for the money. I'd stay again.

I have been staying in Elk City as part of my route since 1987. I just found this gem last night by reading reviews on Trip Advisor. I really enjoyed it! It is an old motel on route 66, and has been remodeled nicely, without ruining the route 66 motel charm. It is true what the other reviews say... This...

We were referred to this motel by the writer of the EZ 66 Guide for travelers, Jerry McClanahan. We met him while using his guide to do Route 66. We love this place. We got two queens for $65/night. Two easy chairs, big screen tv, cable, fridge and microwave. I like the vanity outside the bathroom. This one is just...

This motel was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and understanding when we showed up four hours after we expected to. I would definitely stay again.

Just stopped to sleep over on our way to Colorado. Pleasantly surprised by the updated and cleanliness of the room for a great price. Owners went over and above to make sure everything was in order and to our liking. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked the room while traveling. The owner here is very sweet and will go out of her way to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. I recommend this place to anyone traveling this way. And the best part of it we didn't see one single roach. The place was very clean.

Was worth it to drive off the freeway onto Old Route 66 to find the Flamingo Inn. Very well maintained. Very clean. Extra large TV. Quiet neighborhood, so perfect for a good night's rest when on a long road trip.
