This little Inn is quaint, spotless and comfy. My grandkids stayed there and absolutely loved it. The owner/ manager was very accommodating in every way. It is homey , quiet with nostalgic decor and down home hospitality at it's best.

I had never stayed here before but lots of Route 66 friends recommended it highly. They were right. It only has six rooms but the one my wife and I stayed in, the Route 66 Room, was done up right. It's nice to see an old motel brought back to life by caring people, and Frank and Trudy are just...

My wife and I had a wonderful 23 day trip on Route 66 from Chicago to Las Vegas,NV. One of the highlights was the Chelsea Motor Inn, Chelsea OK. We stayed there for one night on Sept 14, 2016. I had booked in advance, which I would recommend, as the motel is small, and there is nothing else around. From...

We have been doing Route 66 for a while. We are at our last stop before home. We stopped here. We actually called first in the morning to see if there was availability. We got the last room. We arrived and the room was nice and clean. Nice clean bathroom too. There is a fridge and microwave too. We didn't...

We stopped at this motel on our way down Route 66. It was mostly clean, but there was a dead bug under the bed that was probably just missed. Also, there aren't very many outlets if you need to charge things like cameras/phones. I do recommend this hotel. The lady in the office was incredibly friendly and gave a couple...

Simple nice place to stay while traveling on Rt. 66. We had a hard time finding it with GPS since we couldn't get a signal once we got into town, so we stopped at the gas station and got directions. We were terrified driving down the street because the original Chelsea Motel is on the corner and it is run...

We stay here anytime we're unable to stay in our home. Renovations, Fumigation, etc. We absolutely love this little Inn. The owners are wonderful, and will go out of their way to help you. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet area. 5*'s.

This is very small and clean motel. Rooms are dated, but not cute. My only complaint was that the water is not hot at all. Both night and morning water was the same. Got the impression they are trying to conserve money. Would stay again if they turned up the hot water on the tank.

In response to natesmimi review of Oct. 10, 2014. We were not advised of any problem with the hot water. Any customer is more than welcome and encouraged to let us know of any sort of problem in their assigned room. We take it very personal when a customer states that we are "trying to conserve money" by not turning...

“Ask for a non smoking room if you prefer. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms. Room 6 is adjacent to the office and is very quiet. Bring a hair dryer if you must have one, but that applies to many Route 66 motels.”
