What a great little Motel! Kat has an amazing way to make anyone feel comfortable. The beds were super comfy and loved how convenient it was to town. We rode bikes everywhere. We will definitely be coming back!

If you're looking for a place to stay that is off the beaten path with genuine hospitality, this is your happy place. I was looking for a hotel to stay in for a night to meet my mom and sister, and as I was ready to book at a corporate hotel outside of Dayton I found Springs Motel. When I...

Stayed at the Springs in July. All around excellent stay. Skip this chains and stay here. The room was clean and cozy. We found the staff to be spot on. Kat , the owner / manager was very attentive and gracious. Questions were addressed immediately. Great breakfast with fresh eggs from owner's farm and a broad selection of granola bars,...

I stayed here while on business in the area. The rooms are charming and quaint and there are little touches you don't get in this price range (cheaper chain motel): chocolate mints on the bedstand, farm fresh hard boiled eggs in the fridge in the help yourself breakfast area. The place is also a little eccentric - you have to...

We decide at the last minute to head up to Yellow Springs for the weekend. We had a lot of trouble finding anything. We finally settled on the Springs motel. Well that was the end of the settling. The motel was very clean and nice. The room was small but still accommodated our family of four. The price was great....

The decor is, well, eclectic. Room was filled with a comfortable double/queen bed and a tiny desk and second single bed. The bathroom was largely original and needs some tile work and other repairs. My room had gnats or fleas or some sort--killed 5 but a few remained to pester me. Biggest issue is the staff--a little clueless when it...

My husband and I were planning a day trip to Yellow Springs and thought we might spend the night. I saw The Springs Motel on TA and figured we would check it out on our way into town. Once we got there and saw how quaint and retro it was we knew it was just had to stay. Pretty much...

Yes- it looks like a a mid century motel but a closer look reveals that it's updated unlike others which are still original. That is not a compliment for the others but to say you will find the Springs Motel more than adequate. It's comfy and really all that you need unless for some unknown reason you want to spend...

A wonderful place to stay while we were in the area for our son's graduation. We rented 2 rooms at the end. Kat (owner/operator) placed us there knowing we had a toddler in tow and it was perfect. He could move around the grassy area where there is a gazebo, firepit space and lawn games available. All 6 of us...
