Arthur Morgan House was constructed by the Morgan family in 1921. It began as a private residence and was also used as a dormitory for Antioch College for a short time. It was renovated into a B&B in the 80s. I believe you're thinking of the The Glen House Inn. The Glen House was, as you mentioned, built by an artist and did contain original artwork. A beautiful home! Unfortunately, the owners sold the property and it is no longer functioning as a B&B.
