My family and I have been customers of the Inn at Amish Door since 2010. We've always had such a great experience until our most recent visit on Oct.17-18. Both ladies during check-in and check-out were very rude to my family and myself. The lady at check-out was even slamming the receipt paper into the machine when the paper ran...

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the actions of the attendants if they were offensive to you .When I spoke to the employee who was using the credit card machine ( who slammed the lid ) she was frustrated because she was not able to check you out in a timely manner as I recall there were more...

We didnt stay at this location, but we did go to the restaurant, and was VERY happy with the meal. We went for the breakfast, and then tried another "Amish" titled restaurant down the road for a dinner and wished we would have just stuck with the Inn at Amish Door location. I highly recommend eating here, the staff was...

We had a queen room on the lower level. Nice view over the landscape. Bedroom separate from the living/dining room. Convenient kitchenette. Gas fireplace. Jacuzzi. Nice room, except... the bed was very soft and we rolled toward the middle. Needless to say, did not have a good night's sleep! And the Heat Pump wasn't working properly. It pumped heat even...

I am truly sorry your visit was not completely satisfying. There are millions of mattress styles and levels of comfort and trying to rest comfortably in another bed sometimes proves impossible. I apologize that the bed was not accomodating to you Thank you so much for your review Robin Cherilla Inn Manager

My first visit to Wilmot and Ohio Amish Country was crowned with delight by staying at the Inn at Amish Door with a group of friends. The room was immaculately clean, the staff friendly and very helpful. We were very impressed with the entire weekend as well as surrounding countryside. Lovely!

My boyfriend and I decided to take a weekend trip to Amish country earlier this month, so we stayed one night. We were impressed by the comfortable feel of the inn, which was older but classic looking. We stayed in a King-bed/jacuzzi room on the top (3rd) floor. I wouldn't recommend upgrading to a jacuzzi room - the one person...

Very lovely inn in the heart of Ohio's Amish country. A little off the beaten path, and very quiet. Lovely spaces to gather with family and friends. We were even able to have a nice family picnic on an outdoor patio. Nice pool and hot tub. Beds are a little squeaky but fairly comfortable. Breakfast good, with lots of delicious...

This hotel is kind of at the edge of the main area that is Ohio's Amish Country. It is very peaceful and the scenery that surrounds you is beautiful. We got to watch 2 horses gaze in a pasture out our window, along with multiple horse and buggy pass on the country road nearby. The room was very clean, although...

I love this Inn. On the second floor there is a large wrap around porch outside with rockers and sitting there eating your breakfast (the free kind :) ) was so nice, you just see the land and it is very peaceful. The Inn itself is beautiful and reminds me of a large country home (really large). There is also...

Rooms were clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting the Amish country, without the traffic and feel of the tourism that Berlin has. Breakfast bar at hotel was very good. WIndows have "Window Seats" which the kids enjoyed. Quiet both inside the hotel and outside. Plenty of sitting space within halls, lobby, breakfast...

I come here every year for a Christian conference and I always enjoy my stay. It's also the place where my wife and I fell in love, so it holds a special place in our hearts! The inn is situated in a quaint little town of old houses and shops surrounded by rolling hills covered in farms. The inn is...
