i have to say, i was now expecting much when i booked a room at a Super 8... and i am now very ASHAMED to say that. The service i received at this hotel was amazing!!! Mainly from the front desk clerk, who told me her name was Sammi. My god she was the most adorable and sweetest thing! So friendly from the moment i walked in the door to the moment i left the building. For the week i was there i saw her cleaning rooms, running the front desk, helping a disabled resident, and folding laundry! I couldn’t believe how hard of a worker she was. At least but not least, she talked to me as if i was an old friend; always warm and genuine. I will be coming back to stay at the Super 8 i. Twinsburg just for Sammi alone!

As always, the staff was abnormally upbeat, welcoming, and friendly. Being able to rely on a hotel during this pandemic and all of lifes crap, makes an immeasurable weight off. Moreover, this facility, management, and staff should be the standard to which all others should work endlessly trying to reach! The room was as clean as it gets,as well as the bathroom which is extremely important... Kudos and please keep up the great work!

Executive Housekeeping Director of a 5 diamond hotel. I was really amazed at how clean the rooms are. I did check the bed/behind the end tables. Even brought out my sticky roller to check the floor for hair. (Nothing) night front desk was super southern hospitality. Even Maintenance assisted with snow shoveling. Would not have found this Gem of hospitality if it wasn’t for a snow storm!!! Thank you for a wonderful restful night.

Some rooms are smoking,but when you walk in the front door the smokers are all outside smoking I think they should be off to the side not where you have to walk through the smoke! Smoke detector does not work. Fire department needs to be informed

I stay at this hotel when I come to area to shop and play at casino. The stuff are all truly kind, helpful and happy everytime I visit. The Manager, is warm and inviting. Smiles all the time. I never stay anywhere else.
