No breakfast or pool and the property is not well maintained very dirty room n overall not a good experience ~ stay somewhere else! At check-in they didn't honor my reservation price (10.00 difference)
This place was beyond disgusting. Our family was looking for a place to rest our weary heads after a long day of travel. We needed somewhere clean and safe. Not fancy. The front door didn’t even have a latch on it and as I was standing in the lobby it kept blowing open. The hallways were dirty, the walls were splotched with hand prints. When I asked to see the room it smelled like urine and feces. I didn’t even turn the light on because I could smell that it wasn’t even remotely clean thru my mask. I didn’t even finish checking in because I didn’t want to bring my small child in the building. We found somewhere else to stay, but I don’t even know how this place is allowed to be open. It’s terrible.
They have very great customer service. they allowed my pets to stay. very friendly atmosphere. all of Super 8 staff is very excellent on any kind of needs I may need, and a special shout-out to Jake and Raj four helping out in my time of need.
This place is legendary. During the first few nights here. Someone was stabbed. Another was thrown out the third story window. The room across the hall had a woman tied up screaming for help. The clerk at front desk merely tapped on the door and yelled, "Hey, either finish the job to shut her up or you will have to go!" We were instantly hooked. We have a home in the area but have not even went back because we are addicted to this place. I literally saw a 5 year old in a diaper selling crack to a guy on the 3rd floor. The pool is closed. No breakfast. Rarely does an electric outlet work in the rooms. And most importantly...they don't hound you here. You get in where you fit in is what they yell at people screaming for help. Highly recommend.
We’ve stayed in three different locations and were happy with the previous ones. We came to this one after traveling for a very long time and “were greeted “ by an extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist named Rick. Not only was he rude but when I mentioned to him that he is being unprofessional and he is getting me upset he answered that this is my problem not his. We constantly travel and it was the first time I have encountered such a disrespectful person. A horrible costumers service from his part.
