I checked in about 3pm but didn't go to my room because I things to do for my mother. I got to my room late that night, about 2am and my bed was still messy from the last people and wet towels in the bathroom. Told front desk and said I should be reimbursed for some of this they said I could check out(which wouldn't be refunded) or grab my own towels and sheet from the front. They checked me in knowing my room was dirty and didn't even tell me. I paid $62 to sleep in someone else's filth. Disgusting. Do not recommend. Terrible customer service.

I come here often and they always treat me just like family the staff is so friendly and the housekeeper always makes sure I'm fully stacked I spent both holidays at this hotel and felt like I was with my loved ones the lady Gina at the front desk brought me a Christmas card and chocolates I felt the love.

I’ve stayed at the super8 with my family they have taken very good care of me . Really clean respectful establishment . The house keep and front desk Todd and Gina everyone so far has been very helpful I haven’t been here before in Ohio . They help set me up with food also help me find my way around the members have been really helpful.

Had a wonderful time at your hotel and wonderful staff and the reception desk her name Gina very nice and bubly the rooms are very clean. We had a great time .I felt very comfortable and safe .I would recommend this motel to all of my friends and family.

We stayed over night. We travel a lat and this is the worst motel we have ever stayed in. Amazing that they can get away with renting a room this disgusting. Looks like a million frat parties were held there. Please save the canned "im sorry remarks". Fix this place up or it will be shut down soon by the health department.
