This hotel has very nice rooms, lobby etc..comfortable beds, great bathroom amenities, nice pool and hot tub...breakfast offers both hot and cold options...they had excellent coffee available 24/7..the staff is next to none! They overheard my son wanting his apple sliced and they did it...More

Pretty nice

Have stayed at this location before. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Air conditioner acted up in the middle of my last night there which made for an uncomfortable night. Hotel is a little far from Roscoe Village, but is as nice as the best...More

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was good with something different every morning. Parking was easy and surroundings appeared to be safe and well lit. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.More

Consistently Comfortable & Clean

Consistently comfortable, clean, accomodating, and when help or information is needed, they provide it with a smile. We have stayed here exclusively for over 10 years. Great location, the breakfast, hot water and coffee bar is available 24/7, staff is efficient and accommodating.
