I stayed at the motel 6 in Medina Ohio. It was a horrible stay. The first room had poop on the toilet & the air conditioning didn’t work. So they put us in a different room & in that room the tv didn’t work or the phone. The refrigerator had crumbs all in it. And there was food in the trash can & the walls were dirty in the shower area & there was black hair on the walls. I would have pictures of the trash can but the worker changed the trash. Sink was dirty. Only good thing was the staff was very nice & helpful. Definitely won’t be staying here again.
The reception lady was very nice and friendly, but the room was less than desirable, hole in the wall, spatters of something on the wall, hair all over the place in the sink, floor not swept properly,it was a mess, will not stay here again. Housekeeping really dropped the ball on this one.
Stopped overnight on our way south from Canada. The exterior was very nice, as was the lobby..what could be wrong with this place? Room on the 3rd floor was disgusting..beds were so old I’ve seen better in the dump..Blankets were stained with?..Kids running up and down the hall ways until almost 4 am and slamming doors..we slept with one eye open, woke up and got the heck out ASAP! Experience has totally turned us off of Motel 6 , and we’re touring for a month.
Looks very nice from outside but it is very dirthy. Worse place I have ever been. Didn't want to take my shoes off in the room and took shower with my sandals. Double beds only and smells bad in the corridors. Windows are so dirthy can't see thru.
I recently stayed at this motel. I wasn't expecting a ton, but I was expecting the basics, like clean towels. Our first night was fine. Simple basic room at a cheap price. We didn't get the King room I was promised when I reserved my room, but it worked out well enough. The next day service fell apart. Upon returning for the evening after a day of business, we found that our room had been serviced by housekeeping. The bed wasn't changed or even re-made. Our used towels had been collected, but nothing clean was left. We had nothing. I went down to the front desk to ask for towels. The lady seemed very confused that we would not have towels. She gave me more, citing that they didn't have much clean laundry. Upon returning to my room, I discovered that I was given 2 handtowels, 1 bathmat, and 1 bath towel. 0 washcloths. This left either my wife or I without a bath towel (could do without the washcloths). After dinner, my wife went to the front desk to ask for a bath towel citing what we actually received. My wife was accosted by the person, accused of being mistaken. The staff member told my wife "she was wrong, and gave her husband" (me) " the towels and that she" (my wife) misunderstood. My wife tried to correct the front staff, but they kept telling her she was wrong and that I had the correct towels. She was also told that even if they wanted to, they did not have clean laundry to give us. At this point it was after 11 PM, It wasn't worth fighting with them over any longer. Moral of the story: Rude staff. No clean laundry.…
