The place is loaded with criminal activity and there isn’t any type security including cameras. I asked the rude women at the front desk about crime and if it was safe there cuz I was from out of town and knew nothing about the inn or town. She blatantly lied and told me that I was in a safe place and nothing bad has ever happened to anyone there. When I had to have the police come later, they informed me that the place was actually a drug den and filled with crime. The locks either don’t function properly or they are completely broke. The slide lock type locks they also have are of no use because the local criminals have made tools that they slide through the crack in the door in the attempt to open the lock. I am grateful and so blessed that I was extremely watchful because I noticed the lock slowly moving and caught everything in time to save myself. If you ask me, the staff there is in cahoots with the local criminals because that is the only thing that makes sense concerning what happened during my stay. I mean come on, I was told by them that when I lock my door it’ll still be able to be opened from the inside but obviously not from outside which was another blatant lie. When the police were on scene they showed me that despite the door looking locked, it wasn’t and it could be opened from the outside too. They also told me that the motel knew that lock was faulty and wasn’t supposed to be renting that room out.

I have no complaints about the people at the front desk. I booked online for a week, thinking I would have peace and quiet to work, with everything I needed. There is no wi-fi. My laptop can see it, and it has 0 bars. Cannot connect, in any fashion, and because I work online, I would be unemployed if not for my hotspot (which is now also costing me more money). I booked a king room, and ended up in two doubles, which wouldn't have been bad, except that it was dirty. I had to clean the shower before I got in it. The bathroom had little black hairs all over, and it just looked really poorly maintained. The floors are sticky, so bring slippers. I was supposed to have a mini fridge, and didn't. I had to call the front desk for one, and was told "there's no one here right now to bring one". I've never considered calling a franchise to complain, but I may now. Not worth the economy.

Upon checking in the person was short, rude and unhelpful. They sent me to wrong room, had to climb up and down three flights of stairs carrying luggage and a small child. Went to desk to get a correction, was given second floor room. The room had no towels, no WiFi, dirty shower, no bar soap and a door jam falling off. The sheets appeared to be filthy. Looked very obvious whoever made bed just covered up old sheets and didn’t bother changing them from prior guest. The absolute worst “hotel” I’ve ever been into after 25 years of traveling. Avoid the hassle and third world accommodations of this disastrous place!

I was in the area for a family party and booked this hotel online as the price offered was very reasonable. The hotel looks nice from the inside. Front desk personnel was very helpful. The room that was given to us had a fridge and microwave and all the amenities i needed. For the price I paid, this hotel is more than I could ask for. This is my first time staying here and had a good experience. Definitely worth trying again. I visit the area once every year, so will definitely come back.
