First night the toilet had not been cleaned and there was a towel hanging on the bathroom door that had obviously been used by a previous occupant, at least judging by all the hair that was on it. Second night the fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning and stayed on for about 45 minutes. There was no fire. The alarm went off again at 7:00 in the morning, but at least this time it was only on for a few minutes.
We stayed overnight and the room was really cold with heat up to 80. The smoke detector in the hotel kept going off because someone in the hotel was smoking Really? 4:am in morning being woken to ok are we Safe or someone being Stupid? And they can't just turn off have to call fire department to come just to turn off.. Mind you this has happened twice tonight. Stay safe but seems they need to re evaluation of this places smoke alarms.
Terrible customer service. I requested to speak with a manager to discuss a situation which made me feel very unsafe and was told there wasn’t a manager to speak to. I called daily for 2 weeks along with sending emails and still never received a call or message back.
Terrible experience all around. I was double billed for the room and could not get help resolving the matter. Dropped calls, No return calls. Wyndham needed a month to look into it and requires me to send my credit card statements to prove I did not get a credit back! On top of that, the room was dirty and had bugs. The carpet was sticky and there were small flies buzzy around.
Supposed to be under new management. The carpet and furnishings in my room were filthy. Literally tried to borrow a vacuum cleaner but no one was at the front desk to assist me. Left a day early and was not refunded for the second day. This place is on a downhill spiral. It is not clean nor does it feel safe. Management is deaf to customers' concerns.
