We stayed for 3 nights and I didn't want to leave. We had heritage room with spa in main house but they also have the newer Mews separate from main house. We felt very welcome. Very clean and well appointed. The breakfasts are top notch with a huge choice to suit the most fussy eaters. Highly recommended.

Lovely, charming and full of character is this wonderful accommodation. We were very comfortable and very well looked after by very informative hosts. The bed was so luxurious and a modern bathroom just added to our comfort. We were recommended to go here because of the breakfast and we were not disappointed.

Meredith House is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the township with a choice of restaurants and cafes. From Swansea, we visited Coles Bay, the excellent walk to Wineglass Bay and the cruise to Wineglass Bay. Meredith House has the best breakfasts in a friendly b&b setting. Our accommodation was in the separate mews with plenty of room, clean...

A beautifully run B&B with views over tha Tasmanian coast. We stayed in the Mews cottages which have been carefully restored and gave access to the quiet backyard and BBQ area. Worth staying just for the breakfast really. Our hosts provided a seemingly endless array of home cooked pastries, bespoke porridge and other goodies that made even thinking about lunch...

House is located in a great location; walking distance to bay and shops. Neil was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and places to visit. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Home made breakfast was delicious with yummy fresh croissants, muffins and huge variety of fruit, juice and condiments

Either you are made to hosts guest in a B&B or you aren’t. Our hosts at the Meredith were incredibly friendly from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. They were knowledgeable about all the dinner options and helped us find the one that suited out taste. Our room was not super luxurious but they added...

Hands down the best breakfast and great touring tips from the boys. Closely situated to Freycinet for day trips to the National park and a nice little town. make sure you arrive early enough though for dinner as the choice is limited and they close early. Ring Meredith house for ideas as they are happy to give you dinner tips...

Warm and friendly greeting in the style of B and B that rarely exists. Rooms full of antiques and old furniture and paintings but cosy and traditional. The house is full of books and items of interest including two delightful Westies- Lulu and Douglas. he breakfast is quite the very best we had in five weeks of travelling in Australia....
