Wonderful night in a warm and welcoming bed n breakfast. Excellent fire to warm us, DVDs to watch, comfy lounge and magic sleep followed by breakfast.Had a hot bath in a gorgeous bathroom and settled in for a day of warm rest on a very wet and rainy day.

Thank you Penny and Des for your lovely review. I enjoyed having you here and so glad you enjoyed the fire, although perhaps Des will need to upgrade his fire skills next time you are in Tasmania! (Joke) Diana F

Thank you for your lovely review. I enjoyed having your family stay at Mariton House and hope the rest of your trip was fun too. By the way I do have 3 bedrooms available. Only 2 booked but there is another large double room across the hall way as well.

Lovely comfortable stay at a charming house full of character. Diana is a wonderful host with interesting stories to tell and her breakfasts are delicious with fresh eggs from the Mariton House hens. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will come back again

Very nice and comfortable traditional small hotel built in a house from 1881. Worth to stay in. Rooms are big, breakfast is normally included in the price and offers a good selection of choices. We highly appreciated the personal attention received.

The number one place to stay while you're in St. Marys, 'The People Poles Project Town of Tasmania' - especially with a family! It's great value for money and Dianna's warm welcome is just the beginning of your magical stay in her Heritage Home. There's plenty of things to do at this beautiful paradise. Wander into town and check out...

Mariton house has a five star feeling of comfort. Diana will make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Breakfast in the dining room with her family heirloom cutlery and teacups was a wonderful homely touch. We arrived late home one night and she had lit a beautiful roaring fire to warm us home. You don't find that in...

This place is exceptional value. It's a lovely old house with real character, a short walk from St Marys. The breakfast consists of fresh eggs (you have to cook yourself in a type of egg timer/cooker because of OH&S) and toast, cereal and homemade jam. We also took up the option of a horse ride the following morning around the...
