The location idyllic, cabin well appointed and had all the equipment required for a self catering holiday. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The stay was all we would expect for an eco resort, great for families, friends or couples. The wallabies were particularly cute and outside our cabin.

We stayed here in a ocean view suite for 1 night in February and it was the best experience ever! I would highly recommend staying at Edge of the Bay resort. The view is unbeatable. All suite rooms have large bay windows which open to a deck which provides direct access to the beach about 10 meters in front of...

We stayed 2 nights at the ocean suite. The location and views were great! However, the mattress is rather soft and tired . We didn't really had a good rest. Food served at the restaurant were delicious.

Cabin was very clean and rather comfortable but the yellow tap water is rather disturbing even though we were reassured its fine to shower in. Our view of the ocean was partially obscured by a cabin infront of us but walking down to The beach is easy. At the beach, the water is calm but the sand is coarse/rocky so...

Wow what a view.. I have stayed here twice now & both times the view took my breath away driving in... I stayed 2 nights on 6th/7th December 2016 & the sunset & sunrise were incredible.. The sunrise is worth waking early to see & walking a few meters to beach to watch it rise against the red rocks .....

We stayed at Edge of the Bay in January for 2 nights. Coles Bay is in an isolated location and Edge of the Bay provides many comforts in this bush setting. We stayed in a Queens Suite which has waterfront views. It was footsteps away from the beach which yielded a fabulous sunset and this view is certainly the main...

We've just spent the last three nights at Edge of the Bay. It's located in one of the best spots in the area and the view is truly magnificent. The rooms are clean but a little tired with a beautiful view of the mountains and bay area. (Bed was very saggy). Loved the friendly wallabies throughout the property too. Unfortunately...

We arrived much later than we had expected as the road from Hobart was closed due to an accident and we had to do a long detour. Luckily, although we were late and the kitchen was closing, they managed to offer us the choice of two dishes which were excellent. There were four of us in our party and we...

Stayed in ocean suite. Rooms are very good for what you can get elsewhere in the area but you pay for it. Great location. Very tranquil. Beautiful area overall and can really recommend going to Freycinet/Coles bay if you are visiting Tasmania. Food in the restaurant is very good (but not top). Downside with this place is that staff seem...
