We were last minute (weather affected) check-ins but the staff could not have been more helpful to us. Our cottage was massive and very comfortable and the setting for the resort is wonderful. Highly recommended at the price.

A Fantastic place to enjoy the silence of cradle mountain. Wildlife comes close to the cabin and has balcony facing into the bush land. Very lovely staff and well equipped cabin. Lots of places around which need to be explored. The visitor centre has free shuttles going into the national park. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Mondays and... More

The cottage was warm yet had ants on the bench and not very tidy. The rooms need some fixing up with some of the skirting rotting in the bathroom. The tv only had half the channels available and wifi only available near restaurant. The Hellyers restaurant was also pretty poor with bad service and poorly cooked food. Wish we spent... More

Incredibly slow service (had to flag down waitress) and the meals were overcooked but no one checked on us until we went up to pay, however other hotels on the mountain... More

Our favourite part of stay was the wildlife coming right up to the back door! The floors were cold however... More

Great location and ease of getting there. No need for to take long trips as everything is right at your door. Cradle Mountain is an experience you will not want to miss. Take you own food with you or enjoy the full attention of the staff on site. take your own breakfast though.

On our day of visit, it started snowing. By the time we arrived, the road was icy and slope up the village was deemed too slippery. We walked the 150m up. Kids loved the soft snow flakes, built snowman and had snow fight. It was serene and close to nature snow covered village surroundings. We booked a 2 bedroom self... More
