We booked a spa room but do not bother unless you want a tub full of brown water. It was extremely disappointing to not want to take advantage of the spa after paying for it. The water at the lodge has tannins in it so no matter what faucet you turn on, the water is brown and not very appealing....

The apartment itself is pristine clean condition with everything you would need for a few nights stay. We ate dinner on our balcony and we were joined by a friendly pademelon. Unfortunately could not get the jacuzzi bath to work without it spraying water everywhere. Also the pillows were not the most comfy. There is a laundry on site and...

The reception area of this resort boasts amazing views of Cradle Mountain somit is definitely worth going in. The room was clean and spacious and the spa in the middle of the room was gorgeous although unusual with the tea coloured river water (perfectly clean and safe) but very enjoyable with the view of the forrest. Lots of wildlife can...

The location is great and accommodation very good, various animals around the chalet so good photos are easy. Only down side is wi-fi not available unless you walk to the reception area and then it is very slow.

I've visited Cradle Mountain many dozens of times over the decades and, on this trip, was not interested in all the scenic beauty, wilderness and so on. This time I just wanted peace and quiet, away from the world. The Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village did the deed nicely. Cabins are located in the very beautiful forest and well away from...

Stayed a couple of nights in Spa Chalet. Local animals around in the morning and evenings, good restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a couple more nights would have been good. Close to the visitor centre, and a short drive up to Cradle Mountain walkways.

We booked two nights at Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village in the 'Studio Cottage' due to the reviews and comments I read prior to booking our accommodation. We loved the location, the serenity and peace of the Wilderness Village along with the abundance of wildlife you see right at your balcony. The Wilderness Village was also conveniently located near surrounding restaurants,...

Spent 2 nights here and loved it. Nice size cabins with a little kitchen so we could cook our meals. Foxtel with movie channels. Nice balcony overlooking the forrest. Felt nice and relaxed. There was a heater in the cabin so made it nice and cosy. Close to the visitor centre where you can take a shuttle up to Dove...

Stayed here for three fantastic nights in a two bedroom cabin after we were upgraded from a studio cabin. Heaps of room and facilities. Beds are really comfy and welcomed after walking all day. TV has access to all the usual channels but also Foxtel which was great for watching a movie in the evening, although no guides so it...

We booked the 2-bedroom spa chalet which was clean and cosy. Amenities were great. It had a small kitchen which was more than sufficient for us to cook meals. Chalet had good layout - space for dining and a living room with bedrooms at each end of the chalet. One room had a double bed while the other had 2...
