Stayed here on recommendation of a client to run a conference for a few days. Can not praise the facilities and the catering enough! Staff are very friendly and helpful, and everything we required was readily available. Breakfast is also provided, very good. Will hopefully have an opportunity to return.

Nice enough hotel. Sits on top of the hill so a nice ocean view. Easy check in and pleasant to deal with. Had a good nights sleep. The beds very quiye comfy. Well priced hotel and would stay again. Check out the peguins just down the road.

Thank you for your review. It's great to hear you had a good nights sleep, and enjoyed your stay. The penguins are very sweet, just a short walk from the Hotel. We hope to see you again some time.

Group booking no problem. $100 room nights for a Queen bed and all the trimmings. It is Tassie so no air conditioner and not sure if any heating was there (we didn't need it). Clean, lots of cooking capacity to fend for yourself. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic - space for the shower was a little struggle for...

This place was a complete let down, no air conditioning, no phone in room, ( although the brochure in the room says " ring this number for an early morning wake up call) peeling paint in bathroom. I stayed the night before at the Launceston Country Club and paid $148, for a great room in a great spot, good service,...

I was travelling with a group of 17 older adults, some with mobility issues. The room was clean and roomy enough, and the bed very comfortable. There was an issue for some of the guests in that the restaurant was not open for dinner and it was a fair walk into town for them. However, breakfast made up for everything....

The room was a little small but for the price it was ok. The double bed was comfortable, but the single bed in the room was less so. The place is a bit dated but it is clean and comfortable. The room could do with some sheer curtains, if you open the heavy drapes for the light you are exposed...

Absolutely lovely staff but oh&s issues everywhere! Wholes in ceiling of main building with insufficient lighting. Unacommidating carpark that made getting in and out difficult. Very slippery surfaces ! Cleaner also came very early!Generally in need of a good update to match its beautiful restaurant veiw

Richard and Nigel have the place running smoothly. Definitely go there again. Didn't get to try the restaurant and weather was a hindrance. The joys of Tassie huh. Only disappointment was there was no place to put the soap in the shower!

I stayed here for one night shortly after Christmas during a trip down the west coast. The buildings are true of an older style, tired motel. My room had a queen size bed and single bed (which was next to a full floor-to-ceiling window, not sure I would want to sleep next to it). It was somewhat mismatched: modern looking...

Maybe it was just a bad day. Musty smell at reception. Average room, Great view at sunrise though! Difficult parking - not well lit at night. Plug-in heater hidden behind the couch. At breakfast made my way through empty reception & up to find the restaurant deserted (closed?). Went to check out at 8.15 to find reception locked. Not a...
