We travelled as a group of 5 and were looking for 3 bedrooms, but ended up getting one cabin in the centre of bronte park and another about 1 km from town, near the booking office. The one in town was 2-bedroom and delightful, plenty of space and cosy fireplace. The other was a like a pokey motel room in...

We stayed in cabin 5, and it was lovely, everything we needed was in the kitchen, the bed was comfy and the bathroom excellent, due to having a spa, which we enjoyed very much. There was plenty of firewood and the cabin was cosy and warm. A large deck and BBQ, carport. This cabin is set up to easily spend...

Worth the short drive from the main highway. Lovely hotel and cottages. Highland cattle wandering inthe paeddocks along withducks and geese on the pond and even more delightful wass the sight of a wallaby in the garden of the of the cottage. What a way to start the day.

The Highlands Cabins and Cottages was a great place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the log fire in our cabin, particularly v while sipping out complimentary Port. It was comfortable, warm and clean and had quality inclusions and if recommend it.

The cottage that we had booked was perfect for two couples, as we were. When we arrived in the evening, the fire was lit and the cottage was cosy and warm. Everything has been thought of to make a stay perfect and we couldn't have asked for better. The cottage was well-appointed and tastefully decorated. We all felt that is...

What a find. Out in the country amongst the tall trees and open space-- Very modern, tastefully furnished complete with absolutely every modern convenience. Extremely clean and well maintained. Luxury accommodation-- even to a wine cooling fridge!! Due to an insect infestation we were upgraded to a larger cottage. It was the ultimate sitting on the verandah watching the sun go...

The cabins at Highland Cabins, Bronte Park are a welcoming experience from check in to departure. Nicely fitted out, very comfortable beds and furniture even though it is a "bits and pieces" collection, it worked very well. Nice veranda for an afternoon drink looking out through the trees. Close to Derwent Bridge to use as your stopping point. Highly recommended
